Campaign manager Rick Davis also said McCain was outspending Barack Obama on the airwaves by a wide margin.
Dear EZ–Family loyalty IS truth..we have all known Jesse Jackson for years–not so your idol, Obama who has not spoken the truth as I see it in this entire campaign. No one can accuse Jackson of not speaking the truth.
Thank you McCain. You have inspired me to join Scott Hughes in Atlanta in sending Obama $25 a week.
John? Since you have so much money ?Go out and buy yourself:
A Clue
A Platform
A Personality
A Toupe
My check is in the mail, Senator Obama!
Nice fake news story McCain. Everyone knows that your Republican Committee money advantage doesn't matter. The reason the dems don't have as much is because Dean has been employing the 50 state strategy for some time now. The damage is done:)
And we ALL know once they debate face to face McCain will look old and out of touch and Obama will look new and fresh and a sign of change which he is. In addition, the post convention bump will be outstanding:) You guys will be burried. And you deserve it more than any organization in this world for the awful, non-patriotic things you have done to this great nation. PATHETIC REPUBLICANS.
Yes, the RNC has a grip of money but Obama can match that money.
Keep making bad jokes about Iran McCain, you only bury yourself.
Again, Where IS your flag pin, aren't you an American?
John McCain wears some really sharp suits. Does anyone know who the designer is?
Wow, I hope the MSM beat the "whiner" bush the same way they did the "bitter" one. For weeks and weeks on end. So, so glad that Obama did not get suckered into public finance.
Matt in Florida–But, by all rights, BO should be 20 or 30 points .
Good Luck Mc Cain
We are with you.
Your wifes kindness has been noted.
Your commitment to our Republic is in your genes.
You WILL care for us, yes, we know you will.
Obama abuses woman and then tries to threaten them to come home. We will NOT tolerate abuse.
Clinton please don't be an accomplice.
Mc Cain Democrat – Just say no !
Scott Hughes in Atlanta July 10th, 2008 2:56 pm ET
that's good to know. I'm sending Obama another $25 today. As a matter of fact, I'll send him $25 a week til the Covention. I pray the rest of his supporters will do the same.
crying about gas but can give $100 a month to a campaign.
Well I guess Gramm was right. Give me a break. You are pathetic.
BTW Obama has gotten Over $1,000,000 from liberal lobbies in the primary's alone.
Uhhbama is gonna get a whoopin' in November!!
As Bush proved during the last 2 elections, there are a LOT of $5 – $100 donors in the Republican party. The Democratic party is the party of the rich.
Who cares about money? McCain rocks.
well it looks like HILLARY would wake up and see the handwritting on the wall,,Why does she and BILL support OBAMA? He sure made her look bad yesterday "wednesday" in NEW YORK....forgot her, that a joke, you can bet he lost a lot of her votes,,he sure won,t get mine..MR OBAMA you wake up you can,t fool us HILLARY voters
when you write the Law you know how to work it
I get paid tomorrow. And guess who's getting a donation? OBAMA.
Of course he's out spending, like a drowning man is out paddling someone who is calmly swimming across the lake.
McCain will need 4 times as much money, and still won't be able to succeed.
I am glad that we are starting to see what the Republicans are really made of now before the general election.
you going to need it, you are still going to lose! Can't wait to see the new swift boat ads ,oh but you don't have T.Bone picken's money do ya oh well you'll come up with something low lifes such as you people always do (yes Obama can)!!!!
Hey Bayou Joe? This is the greatest nation on earth, but right now things are not good. What's wrong with wanting to change the dangerous path of major problems we are going to have? Bush itching for a reason to go into Iran, McCain's camp saying the recession is a "mental one" and that he has plans that offer "Psychological relief"? So you want a President who thinks that your problems and concerns are just us whining and its not that bad? We can be great, but we need some real change, which is why I donated and will CONTINUE to give to Obama. Not to mention already volunteering.
Move on or Move out of the Way
they gonna need it too – every cent of it.
no one in his / her right mind is gonna vote for mcsme without getting paid for it.
Tejano,
News flash. McCain's voting record in the Senate for veterans have been horrible. The man is senile and he wants us to stay in the war till 2013, while the Iraqi people want us to leave. So go ahead and vote for McCain without knowing the issues. It is your American right to be clueless.
The Man. The situation, and the Country at large.. A winner in all catagories... This Guy is not a Fair-Ground saleman for the Big Dipper/Flop[/Flipper, like Obama..... More a World leader....
Here we go again! Can the Republican Party prevail three times in a row and once again buy enough media to manipulate public opinion? Hopefully people have seen the strategies from Karl Rove and others enough to recognize the deceptive and manipulative efforts, the appeals to peoples emotions, biases, prejudices and fears, and be disciplined to reject the subterfuge and to remain objective and make their own rational decision.
