[cnn-photo-caption image= http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2008/images/07/10/art.mccainmoney.ap.jpg caption="The McCain campaign says it has $95 million cash-on-hand."](CNN) - On a conference call with reporters, the McCain campaign said it has $95 million cash-on-hand, with most of that money - about $67 million - held by the Republican National Committee. Campaign manager Rick Davis also said McCain was outspending Barack Obama on the airwaves by a wide margin.

Is Obama feeling the hybris yet? Trying to dazzle us with fairytales of new electoral maps and mountains of money. In fact Obama wasts more than even Clinton could. She has realism and would never throw away money in states not possible to win. Tell Obama you have to debate politics to be president, and when all is said and done a politician with no substance has very little to sell. Voters want messages they can trust.

I hope McCain beats this Obama Jerk all the way back to Illinois, and we can finally have McCain in office where he belongs, and where he will do the best job! At least McCain has ideas and stands for something, even if a lot of people don't agree with it, he stands for something. Obama has no ideas, just a gimmick slogan, and doesn't stand for anything. Do the right thing, vote McCain this November.

And poor Barack has to pay off Hillary's $25m to get her reluctant constituency on top of all of that. Now that's good judgement all right!

I gotta say, bad mistake by Senator McCain's Co-Chair. It does make you wonder what kind of "straight talk" comes out of them behind the scenes......if they think the flip-flop is gonna help him, good luck, LOL!!!

McCain is a liar. No one is donating too him who donated too Bush because they know the real him. He does not have a lot of money that is why he made a big deal about the public financing. I think it is sad that these people have too raise all of this money to run for President.

All that money and McCain is complaining that Obama was forced to opt out of public financing. Brag away and keep spending in Virginia, Arizona, Michigan, etc.

    To the poster Chris,

That is right. Hillary started out with $200 million and ended up $22 million in debt b/c she didn't plan past super tuesday. If she would have planned for a marathon, not a sprint, maybe she would have won.

Looks like McCain is doing the exact same thing. Barack is going to make him and his rethug cohorts blow all that money fighting for traditional red states, will conceding other states that they will overlook (Alaska, Kansas, Maine, Montana, etc). Like Hillary, Barack is going to bankrupt these people. I will love seeing McSenile and his ilk go down in flames.

Republicans have more cash? This report is like the recession and it is all in your minds!
A trillion dollars in the bank won't buy the Republicans the election this year!

    WOW WOW WOW

    Obama was right BIG TIME!!!

THIS is why Obama decided NOT to do public financing for the General Election. Obama called it when he said the Republican’s know how to beat the systems.

By the way, who do you think is giving him all that money? The McLobbyists!!!!

    Hey McCain,

Since a lot of us Hillary supporters are voting for you, can you please make a donation to her campaign fund.

    Thanks

Who did McSame think he was hammering Obama a few weeks ago about public campaign funds? At least Obama's money is coming from small donations from individual people. How much is the RNC's money is coming from large corporations?

IS THIS WHY THE US GAS COMPANIES HAVE BEEN BLEEDING AMERICA DRY FOR THE PAST YEAR????????

Then don't go bailing out the big banks which made these sub prime loans. In a capitalists society you can do great or fail. Tell the big banks to stop whining pops!
