Protesters interrupt Obama

CNN

Protesters holding posters saying Sen. Barack Obama was endorsed by the KKK are escorted from his speech

(CNN) - Barack Obama's campaign rally in Coral Gables, Florida Friday was interrupted by a group of about 10 African-American protesters holding signs that called themselves, "Blacks Against Obama."

The signs said Obama was for gay marriage and abortion, and said his candidacy was "endorsed by the KKK." Another sign said, "Jesse Jackson hates Obama."

Obama originally said the protesters could stay inside the event, but they were escorted out when they would not stop shouting.

So what if the KKK did support him? He's a uniter. And the thing about a true uniter is, he brings everyone together, regardless of differences.

Those kids were paid to do that. I'm personally disgusted by this, but everyone has their right to disagree.

If you want to stay broke....vote Republican.

Obama is NOT endorsed by the KKK; just another of many lies circulated through the internet and started by Obama haters. Will people believe anything these days?

HAHAHAHAHAHA Finally!!! How does it feel when the shoe is on the other foot?! I'm so sick and tired of listening to people like Olbermann and boy-like Rachel Maddow giggling about it when the Obama supporters do it to McCain.

I think all people of all races are starting to see how Obama changes his speech depending on who he is around... Sure he is a good politician (color aside), but we want someone (dont care about race), who will be straight up honest. Obama has taken millions of $$ fm fannie & freddie (the 2nd person next to cobbs). He was part of this fin. mess, we are now in! I really hope more people will open their eyes. And to lie to the latin community about Rush = Mc Cain,,, does he think latin peopl are not intelligent? Mc Cain has never agreed with Rush's view's on immigration.

    Interesting!!!
Were these African American protesters interrupting the Obama speech "slaves" paid by the Mc Cain – Palin right wing extremists?

It is fascinating to watch what the McCain – Mc Bush folks are willing to do to lie themselves into office.

Yes, there are black Republicans who revere Abe Lincoln, the Republican who fought against slavery. As to Jesse Jackson – he will never live this down if Obama is nixed. People need to realize that Obama is running for President of ALL not President of ONE RACE.

"Jesse Jackson hates Obama."? I can't think of a better endorsement. If that's true, he's got my vote.

And white people protested McCain. So is this really news? I mean come on.

Interesting. Obama let the protesters stay and be heard. They were only removed when they refused to let other people be heard.

McCain, you should take your ques from Obama on free speech?

This is America! If people are allowed to interrupt McCain and Palin, then these people are allowed to interrupt your human God (Obama) as well.

Do you guys realize that Obama is running just as nasty a campaign as McCain? But – the nastiest of all is us – those who leave our comments on this blog!

You can always find someone to do something stupid. Note the signs all look to be in the same scrawled letters. Probably some poor homeless men that someone paid to go and make a scene.
I'll bet Obama handled this with grace. Why not say so.
