The blame for the economic crisis can be blamed on one person: BILL CLINTON.

He forced the banks to lower their lending standards.

Now is not the time for another novice in the Whitehouse!

    Vote McCain / Palin

    GREAT!
See how the wealthiest and most powerfull watch each others back!

See how they brainwash people into believing it benefits us all!

Just so they don't loose their yachts, penthhouses, second and third mansions.
After all, we wouldn't want the McCains to loose any of their homes would we?

I bet the People of New Orleans are scratching their heads right now as they struggle to pull their lives back together years after Katrina.

Lovely Democratic Government we don't have..........

Is it me? Did ANYONE really HEAR the citizens, the voters? Most people i know or have talked with did not support this
'Bail Out' fearing the only thing being done is saving the rich/corporations and now allowing the Feds to deep their fingers in and run our banks. Essentialy , it appears we are giving up more freedoms. To me, it was more rational to allow the markets to adjust themselves with a year or so pain..than to postpone it. Not wanting to be a pessimistic, I only hope this is not creating a future that would lead to many years of pain .

Well Mr. President, you've reaffirmed one of my favorite expressions: Never underestimate the ingenuity of the village idiot, they will fool you every time. Clearly, I have underestimated you. I never realized you always wanted to be the first Socialist President this country has ever seen. Congratulations, Kommissar Bush.

This bill is a fraud. Yes, "something" needed to be done, this was not it. No other plans for this crisis were looked at, despite the pleas of economists from around the country. Congress acted like it did after 9/11, allowing a bitter bitter pill to be swallowed unnecessarily. Write your congressman today and everyday to overturn this travesty. If our elected representatives are then not listened to, vote those who ignore us out of office.

Time for a lesson in English grammar.

The title of an article on cnn.com this morning is "Bush to quickly sign bailout bill."

An infinitive consists of the word "to" followed by a verb. Infinitives are typically used as subjects or direct objects in sentences. For example, in the sentence "I want to open the door," the infinitive is "to open." If I want to describe how I want to open the door, I might change the sentence to "I want to open the door quickly." The adverb "quickly" describes the verb in the sentence.

It is WRONG to split an infinitive. Writing the sentence as "I want to quickly open the door" is INCORRECT. The "to" and the verb of an infinitive must NEVER be separated by an adverb.

The title of your article "Bush to quickly sign bailout bill" should be written as "Bush to sign bailout bill quickly."

This free lesson in English grammar has been brought to you by a supporter of McCain / Palin.

I don’t understand why we keep piling trash on top of trash on top of trash. Then when it starts to smell we try to spray a little perfume on top of it and that makes it smell worse.

This new bail-out is a failed attempt to cover up the fact that Washington knew this was coming a very long time ago and was too lazy to come up with a plan “B” before it was too late, and too lazy to take the in-depth time to learn from historical past mistakes.

Now it seems that they have decided to place a USED band-aid to cover up the infection and take the opportunity to still be greedy and hide it deeper so Americans can’t see it until that metaphoric atomic bomb explodes.
