McCain aide: Palin 'going rogue'

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico (CNN) - With 10 days to go until election day, long brewing tension between Sarah Palin and key aides to John McCain has become so intense, it is spilling out into the public.

Several McCain advisers have suggested to CNN they have become increasingly frustrated with what one aide described as Palin “going rogue” recently, while a Palin associate says she is simply trying to “bust free” of what she believes was a mishandled roll-out that damaged her.

McCain sources point to several incidents where Palin has gone off message, and privately wonder if they were deliberate. For example: labeling robo calls “irritating,” even as the campaign was defending the use of them and telling reporters she disagreed with the campaigns controversial decision to pull out of Michigan.

A second McCain source tells CNN she appears to now be looking out for herself more than the McCain campaign.

Senator McCain & Governor Palin are highly intelligent people,
honest and trustworthy. As President & Vice President they will lead
America to victory in the war and bring an end to our economic crisis.

It doesn't surprise me that the Mcsame camp is having problems with Palin. She seem to think she's above the law and everyone else, which has been demonstrated in her abuse of power as the governer of Alaska. She's not untouchable and I look forward to hearing the entire truth about her pit bull tactics in the way she handles people and the press.

Good. I'm kind of starting to change my view of Palin. I believe the McCain Campaign got someone that they could "groom," and turn into this crazy person. Palin voiced many policies that were similar to Obama's before she was turned into this crazy woman we see now. Good. Let her talk. Palin save yourself, and stop allowing yourself to be used for Johnny's pupose.

Palin like McCain don't care about us the people, they care about themselfs, that is so obvious. She will through McCain under the bus as soon as she has a chance you just watch. She scares the hell out of me. Wake up America. Vote , Vote smart, Vote Obama.
She is a witch, and dosen't care who she hurts and/or steps on to get her way. She will do anything to advance HER in her career. Shame on you Palin, Shame on you McCain, and shame on you rep. who trust, and like her. Wake up.

  18. Send Palin home

No surprise here. This is the same woman who ran against her own mother in law. This is what happens when people aren't VETTED before taking the National Stage.

If you can't trust the relationship between these two 'mavericks' why on earth can I trust them to lead the country in the right direction?

You can't control your running mate, you can't keep your die hard supporters, you can't control your campaign.......what in the world makes people think that he can control the destiny of 300 MILLION people?

Palin said today at a rally in Missouri "we will give tax relief to EVERY American, EVERY business". Oh really Sarah, sounds a lot like the definition of socialism you were pumping to your supporters earlier in the week. Gosh Golly Gee Sarah your idea sounds even worse to me. The McCain campaign claims there is no way Obama can give tax relief to 95 percent of America while only repealing the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy but how exactly do you think you can give relief to EVERY AMERICAN AND BUSINESS? Maybe its that social security system you have targeted. I remember John McCain saying in the second debate that seniors will not be able to enjoy the same benefits they have now. Maybe his horrible record on Veterans issues is where he will find that kind of money to cut. Or maybe these are just more lies to get what they want which is 4 more years of failed Bush policies and the people take it in the backside again while the rich get richer. Some of us have learned!

McCain should have asked those questions, before he picked his VP. Shows, McCain's Judgement is questionable.

McCain's Campaign has controlled Palin...now she's speaking out. Palin has 'Major Disagreements' with McCain, and she did not have a problem letting it be known.

McCain is not qualified to be President!

It's quite simple actually - she's driven primarily by her ego and doesn't even know it. And that never makes for good decision-making in the long run. She's contributing (heavily) to what is going to be the worst-run Republican campaign ever, resulting in one of the worst routing of the Republicans in a Presidential election ever.

This is a ruse of the Republicans to make everyone believe that she is a maverick.
