Biden: Critics will call Obama the 44th president after Tuesday

Biden says GOP attacks are over the top.

Biden says GOP attacks are over the top.

KETTERING, Ohio (CNN) – Joe Biden always closes his speeches by telling supporters that once the election is over, they have to reach out to Republicans, even those who have conducted “scurrilous” attacks against Obama. The same critics, Biden said Friday afternoon, will be calling Barack Obama “the 44th President of the United States of America” after November 4.

“Ladies and gentlemen, we need to move past the politics of division and attack,” Biden told supporters at rally, the first stop on a two day bus-tour through Ohio.

“Over the past weeks, the Republicans have gone way over the top in my view, calling Barack Obama every name in the book, and it probably will get worse in the next three and a half to four days.”

“If you look at who he is, what he's done, and what he plans to do for this country,” Biden continued, “if you work for us in the closing days and choose hope over fear, after next Tuesday the very critics he has now and the rest of America will be calling him something else. They will be calling him the 44th president of the United States of America, our commander-in-chief Barack Obama!”

John McCain released an ad Friday that was void of any negativity or direct mention of Obama, but tells voters, "don't hope for a stronger America, vote for one." McCain's campaign manager Rick Davis told reporters Friday morning that their campaign would outspend Obama's in the closing days.

Biden delivered his campaign’s “closing arguments” in a high school gym in central Ohio, a swing state where CNN’s poll of polls suggests Obama leads John McCain by 5 percentage points, 49 to 44 percent, with 7 percent of the state’s voters still undecided. The Delaware senator's battleground state tour continues over the weekend, with more stops in Ohio, Indiana and Florida.

I plan to play the song "Morning Glow" from the soundtrack of "Pippin" at a loud volume when Barack Obama wins. As the lyrics say,

"Winds of change are set to blow
And sweep this whole land through
Morning glow is long past due.
    Morning glow is almost here
    Morning glow by your light
We can make the new day bright
And the phantoms of the night
    Will fade into the past
    Morning glow is here."

    Go Obama!

Yep, and in Biden's make-believe world, I'd actually call his hair plugs hair, but that doesn't make them real.

God help us if he doesn't get it, I can't imagine living in country with McCain as President and Palin as VP. Can you imagine waking up to that nightmare on a Wednesday morning? I would seriously consider living elsewhere.

I am voting for a stronger America. I'm voting for Barack Obama.

Every time I hear McCain or Palin speak I am insulted by their negativity and attempts to pit one part of this country against another.

Obama is living out the American Dream. That is uplifting and inspirational not only for us here in America but for everyone else the world as well. Obama becoming president will lift people's spirits up here and abroad because we will have not only elected a Black man as president but the right person for the job.

The world was shocked and dismayed when Bush was re-elected in 2004. And here we are in 2008-the world has spoken and their pick is Obama. In 2004 the world picked Kerry and what did we do we elected Bush.

McCain is the one we should fear, 72 years old, wanting to to continue to fight everyone around the world. Heck he might even decide to attack Canada for crying out loud-lot's of natural resources up there we could use.

I find it interesting how McCain is automatically chosen to be the one telling the truth and Obama is always seen as a liar. Who divorced his wife after returning from Vietnam-Why that was John McCain. Is marriage not until death do us part?

Who ran on ego in 2000-John McCain. Who wanted to stick it George Bush after 2000? Why that was John McCain-he only voted against his party in order to take out his anger on Bush for stealing the presidency away from him. And this time God forbid if he is going to lose to Obama. McCain is owed the presidency, don't you know.

    I'm voting for Obama.

.. “And in the land shall rise the son of Cain” From the north The Deceiver a known Beast of false witness, will take the mark of Cain.
Together they seek to spread fear and invoke hate among the refugees of sin.
In their quest for power they will ignore the light of truth shining on the deeds and words they proclaim.
But take heart, for throughout the land the seekers of light shall rise up and not be fooled. With their strength, the mark [Cain] will be cleansed from the earth and no longer hold power to sway the blind.

Can I get an amen...? 🙂
