McCain to appear on SNL this weekend

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (CNN) - Mandatory stops on the GOP campaign trail this year: Pennsylvania. Florida. Saturday Night Live.
Two weeks after running mate Sarah Palin made an appearance on the late-night comedy show, a McCain campaign aide tells CNN that the Republican presidential nominee will appear on the NBC program tomorrow night.
The Arizona senator has appeared on the show several times over the years.
McCain's most memorable appearance on the long running show was in October 2002, when he hosted the program for a night: In a spoof commercial hawking an album called "McCain Sings Streisand," sang several of the Democratic loyalist's songs.

That skit where McCain announces the stupid guy pretending to be a plumber is at the raly but he is not there. That was too funny and then McCain says "you're all Joe the plumber" Wow that was really far fetched and not at all realistic but I guess that's what made it funny. Great job SNL.

McCain is too old to be president! I have great respect for the man, but i do think his age is a valid issue.
Especially because his running mate Palin terrifies me! If she becomes president the USA would fall apart! And Americas already poor global reputation will be shattered!!
Imagine Sarah Palin dealing with the Iraq war..... the economic crisis she knows nothing about..... What if USA is attacked again while she is in charge. That is Scary!

Yeah – that's a good reason to vote for him, because he appears on SNL, not!. Maybe part of the skit could be him actually talking about issues. What a transparent ploy to gain the interest of the young voters. Or is it damage control for what's left of his political career?
