YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (CNN) - Mandatory stops on the GOP campaign trail this year: Pennsylvania. Florida. Saturday Night Live.

Two weeks after running mate Sarah Palin made an appearance on the late-night comedy show, a McCain campaign aide tells CNN that the Republican presidential nominee will appear on the NBC program tomorrow night.

The Arizona senator has appeared on the show several times over the years.

McCain's most memorable appearance on the long running show was in October 2002, when he hosted the program for a night: In a spoof commercial hawking an album called "McCain Sings Streisand," sang several of the Democratic loyalist's songs.

Guess we better get ready to hear Chevy Chase crying again. What a shame, he used to be funny and a pretty good actor. Now it looks like he's become a sad, bitter, old man.

Meanwhile Obama will be encouraging his ACORN buddies to pick up the homeless and register the dead. I mean hey, this election isn't gonna steal itself you know.

  2. Will the Real Maverick Please Stand Up?

And the clowns continue to march. These two are the most maverickiest mavericks of mavericks that have ever been mavericks in a mavericky sort of way.

Oh...they're just going to continue to push Bush's policies?

    Nothing new here.

Who cares....unless Willaim Ayres is also a guest.
I'm sure the right wing consertives just love that their 2 candidates are on one of the most vile shows on tv.
Anyway, I've already lost all respect for McCain and don't care what he does anymore.

Mark, we as Obama supporters as well as Obama himself only want the election if we win. It is not necessary to cheat when your candidate is talking about things the american people cares about.

See republicans need to cheat this year because they have an old candidate that only expects people to vote for him because of racism and their desire to see a woman, qualified or not on the ticket. He expects to scare people into voting for him rather than voting out of their hearts for the best candidate for the job.

Would Saturday Night Live consider a skit with McCain as McBeth.
There is a great part for Cindy, also.

Maybe they will release Palin's medical records on SNL?

PALIN PROMISED TO RELEASE HER MEDICAL RECORDS, WHERE ARE THEY?

The campaign said early this week, they lied.

This couldn't come at a worser time for SNL, they're probably not looking foward to their ratings taking a nose dive.

    Mark,

What are you talking about? One person – one vote. Period! I know you are being facetious (look it up if you don't know what that means), but Democrats actually believe in the sanctity of the democratic and voting process.

To Concerned in Ma: $18oo savings sound like a nice piece of change. Did you run your numbers thur Mcsenile's Calculator's? What did you come up with? I thought so. NOTHING!

You state your vote is not for sale but you are doing an awful lot of figuring. Is your soul for sale? Because our troops are being put in harm's way dying for your right to live and you apparently agree with mcwar that clueless Palin will be good for our country. Not very smart.

  16. Are they serious?

Well SNL made Palin into the cartoon character that she is...I guess McCain and the RNC thought that was a good thing !?!

Maybe he can see some foreign land from his window also?
    This is a complete joke!

For you obama writers writing all the insults about MCCain and Palin here are some for you. Mrs. obama is to ugly to be first lady. Her mother had to tie a pork chop around her neck so the dog would play with her. If she traveled around the world she's so ugly she would scare the other leaders so bad they would run and hide. Iran would start a war with us just to get rid of her. She is just as weird as her husband.

And you are uglier than sin.

Well now lol.....it's simply amazing that we have a Presidential candidate and a VP candidate who have made a total mess of this election year.....first badmouthing to get somewhere.....mudslinging to prove points that just aren't there lol.....bogus plumbers who don't show up at rallies when they were supposed to lol.....our Republican Presidential candidate that stares at his running mate's bum during the RNC...the running mate, winking at debate audiences, asking Senator Biden if she can call him by his first name lol...that one killed me right there....now they are headlining Saturday Night Live lol......I suppose it's a good way to make a few dollars for their campaign lol.......these things just prove to me how very disrespectful they can be to our Country....especially during an election year.....it's sad just how juvenile their actions have been.....but Senator Obama has stood strong....no matter what those two have thrown at him.....which also proves alot to me.....he can take the heat......he doesn't back down.......neither does Senator Biden......so McCain and Palin can claim to be 'mavericks' all they want......most of us know who the real lead men are....and they most certainly do not need to come up with nicknames like 'maverick' to prove themselves.......Obama/Biden 2008............Sherry from Missouri

McCain has told so many lies-I'll never delay the world series(neither did Obama -the game was always supposed to start at 8:30 ) to Joe the "Plummer" to Sarah is "ready" I hope one of the skits has to do with the lies he has told. I have Never seen a presidential candidate tell such obvious lies that could be checked in a flash and tell them over, and over, and over, and over, and over. Do you think he's senile??

I am pretty sure SNL is part of the "liberal mainstream media." Whatever. McCain is doing what he's done best for the last few months...being the butt of jokes. And sometimes, just a "butt" in general. Go home!

So, concerned in MA, did you also do the calculator for what you would pay under McCain's plan? And if you do, don't forget to add in the health insurance your employer pays to your income before you figure in your tax increase!
