YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (CNN) - Mandatory stops on the GOP campaign trail this year: Pennsylvania. Florida. Saturday Night Live.

Two weeks after running mate Sarah Palin made an appearance on the late-night comedy show, a McCain campaign aide tells CNN that the Republican presidential nominee will appear on the NBC program tomorrow night.

The Arizona senator has appeared on the show several times over the years.

McCain's most memorable appearance on the long running show was in October 2002, when he hosted the program for a night: In a spoof commercial hawking an album called "McCain Sings Streisand," sang several of the Democratic loyalist's songs.

For you obama writers writing all the insults about MCCain and Palin here are some for you. Mrs. obama is to ugly to be first lady. Her mother had to tie a pork chop around her neck so the dog would play with her. If she traveled around the world she's so ugly she would scare the other leaders so bad they would run and hide. Iran would start a war with us just to get rid of her. She is just as weird as her husband.–mn voter

    Dear "mn" voter:

The “o” in Obama should be capitalized. When you say “to ugly” remember to put an additional “o”, the word is “too”. The “mn” in Minnesota should be capitalized. I’ll tell you what’s ugly, people with poor grammar.

    Obama/Biden 08
Michelle Obama has excellent grammar and will be a wonderful First Lady.

John, John, John... bit too late for comedy, don't you think? You aren't going to win the election just by being (sort of) funny.

Even when you Obamamaniacs think you are winning, you are mean and nasty spirited. I am only asking that when John McCain is winner on Nov. 5th that you not riot and tear up stuff in my neighborhood, please.

I can image they will bring Joe the Plumber in the show too. Is McCain trying to find job at SNL after the election?

Mn Voter, You ought to be ashamed of yourself for posting that kind of comment. it sadens me to see this filth and you regarding someone as too ugly to be first lady, and iran going to war with the united states. Being ugly in your book does not mean she is not fit to be the first lady I am going to neeed you to get yourfacts right before making such bogus remarks. Also, CNN should be ashamed for posting this remark..Jesus christ..CNN SHAMEFUL...I believe this so called moderator will not post this, but rather post the negative remarks about somone to keep people reading..

McCain can care less about Joe the Plumber, and I do think he was planted by the McCain clan.

Not that good a venue for McCain. He's relying on the stupid to vote for him, and SNL viewers aren't generally stupid enough to be impressed by him.

We know that any bit McCain is in will be better produced than that infomercial Obama starred in the other night. I purchased the Ginsu knives and the Miracle Mop at the end of his infomerical, what about you guys?

For those conservatives fighting or fearing change, I’ve news for you; the GOP brand is in shreds thanks to GWB and McCain. Currently the GOP brand is as worthless as the once popular “tickle me Elmo”. Obama has already replaced the so called “Reagan Democrats” that we’ve been talking about for the last 20+ years with a new brand that we’ll all talk about for many years to come called “Obama Republicans”. Nuff Said.

A few days before the election .... this is how McCain chooses to spend his time? What priorities, and what a joke! The ONLY thing I want to see McCain on t.v. again for is his concession speech!

Criteria for being President? There is none. Obama proved that.

I check my 401K on Saturdays. I'll let you know how much laughing I'll do.

The McCains can afford to lose half of their net worth and still have over 50 million dollars. McCain also had no problem using over 85 million dollars of tax payers' money to run a low-ball campaign against Barack Obama.

Every body knows that Palin is not quaified for the job she is seeking.
With the age of McCain he needs someone more qualified than him.

Where are the Republicans who are not mean and fear mongers? I know you are out there. The Democrats may say some disjointed, unpleasant things and there are one or two crazies out there who may put up effigies of Mrs. Palin, but these types pale in comparison to those who write comments in columns representing the Republican point of view. How can one have such hatred as the person who wrote about Mrs. Obama? Civility is gone. What is nice about the Democratic Party, among other things, we may agree to disagree, but we don't have such blatent hatred as demonstrated by the other side.

Our household has a new name for the mute button and we now call it the Palin button. I will probably have to use it when McCain is on SNl. I have never found much humor in an old washed up politician on SNL, just doesn't do much for me.He was a likeable guy but the gutter has really made everything he says and does just plain stinks.

McCain / Palin = Fascism and McCarthyism. (You are judged by the
company you keep, spy on your neighbors , you are unAmerican if you
don't do what we say, be afraid, be very afraid while we take you to the cleaners, etc.)

Democrats = Freedom and individual rights and liberty.
    Free yourselves.
