Palin: 'Far-left wing of the Democrat Party’ could takeover

[cnn-photo-caption image= caption caption=" Palin told supporters today that the McCain ticket 'will win!'"]
LAKEWOOD, Ohio (CNN) - With her voice beginning to crack on this final marathon day of campaigning, Sarah Palin promised an audience in Ohio: “We will win!”

“You can just feel it here,” she said at a rally in the Cleveland suburbs. “You can just feel it here in Ohio, victory's coming, we can do this, we can win, we can win Ohio. And we must win for you.”

The crowd chanted “We will win! We will win!” throughout her remarks. At one point, Palin warned with urgency: “We must win.”

“We must win,” she said, “because Ohio, the far-left wing of the Democrat Party, not mainstream Democrat ideology, the values, the planks in the platform of the Democrat Party. It's the far-left wing of the party is getting ready to take over the entire federal government.”

Palin again accused Barack Obama of wanting to bankrupt the coal industry, citing an interview the Democrat gave to the San Francisco Chronicle in January in which he discussed his “aggressive” cap-and-trade proposal to limit carbon and greenhouse gas emissions.

“Just yesterday, revelation, an audiotape surfaces,” Palin argued, despite the fact that the Obama interview has been posted online for nine months. “People are starting to hear in his own words what Sen. Obama’s intention is for the coal industry. You got to hear this tape. You’re going to hear Obama saying it, talking about bankruptcy, bankruptcy there in the coal industry. He’s explaining all this to the San Francisco Chronicle, and he says …”

Palin was interrupted by an audience member who shouted “Liberal!”

She continued: “And there must be something about San Francisco and he because it’s like I heard on Fox News today, it’s like a truth serum where when he’s there, he seems to be more candid, and remember it was there that he talked about, there you go, the bitter clingers, the cling-ons, all of us, I guess, you know holding on to religion and guns and, um, so something about he being there in San Francisco.”

I am a staunch Republican supporter but enough is enough. Sarah Palin is the only reason i will not be voting for GOP in this years Presidential election. There are many reasons to not vote for Obama, but this campaign has decided to bring up issues with Obama that have no merit. All this negative-spin they are portraying on Obama is doing nothing but invigorating the Democrats as well as making a lot of Republicans uncomfortable that our leadership does not know the issues that are important to the "common" man. This "Swift Boat", Karl Rovian, campaign that has been run has been the reason for the downfall of this party in this years election. We will know have a fillbuster proof senate as well as a extreme left president. By focusing on Ayers, and Rev Jerimiah instead of Baracks actual socialistic policies, you have made an entire population oblivious to the values that barack represents. We are shifting to the left and its basically the rights fault.

Regardless, she is not prepared to be VP or President. I hope the American people will put country before party. Even the GOP knows that she is not ready, and may never be. The GOP will cut her off at the knees next time around.

    Release Sarah Palin's medical records!!!!

If there is an abortion in her past, that is entirely relevant!

If she has had psychiatric treatment, that is entirely relevant!

If she has a dangerous condition, considering McCain's age, that is entirely relevant!

Why does the Palin/McCain campaign think the full disclosure rules don't apply to them?

    Another scare tactic.

This is more of a reflection of Palin, who is an extreme right wing neocon.

So, from her very conservative perspective, any Democrat is far-left wing.

The truth is that Obama is a centrist. Yes. Obama is a centrist.

In Canada, Obama would be viewed as a very moderate liberal with centrist tendencies.......

that's why he is trying to bridge the divide of all political parties.

    Please vote for Obama.

And if we wake up Wednesday morning, with Obama elected, and THEN the LA Times releases the tape, and we get another revelation about what Obama thinks in private, what then? Suppose the tape has him applauding Rashid when he says israel must be destroyed. What then? Do any of you think that his private meetings with Rashid, Ayers, Wright, and all the rest of those America haters were filled with sweetness and light, and talk about "healing America". No, they were certainly filled with hate towards America. Wednesday morning will be too late to change your mind. Vote for sanity and a great nation. Vote for a guy who truly loves it. Vote McCain

I think most people would rather have the far left than the far right at this point.

And Obama is NOT the far left as McCain/Palin would like you to believe.

Obama has actually moved to the center on a number of issues including FISA and offshore drilling.

But of course, the desperate Republicans want to continue their campaign of name calling and hate mongering. God help us all if it works for them.

Why does everyone keep saying “why can’t Obama close the deal”? Has anyone ever closed the deal, has it ever been an election without the undecided? And one more question, why can’t McCain close the deal, he is running against a black man?

Obama is asking to go back to the Clinton tax rates. IF that is the far left, then I don't know why they were championing up Bill's wife Hillary.

Oh, by the way, prosperity and good times were had then. Last 8 years, in the words of McCain himself "not so good."

So, yep. The Dems are going to take over and restore us to where we've been.
