Palin: 'Far-left wing of the Democrat Party’ could takeover

[cnn-photo-caption image= caption caption=" Palin told supporters today that the McCain ticket 'will win!'"]
LAKEWOOD, Ohio (CNN) - With her voice beginning to crack on this final marathon day of campaigning, Sarah Palin promised an audience in Ohio: “We will win!”

“You can just feel it here,” she said at a rally in the Cleveland suburbs. “You can just feel it here in Ohio, victory's coming, we can do this, we can win, we can win Ohio. And we must win for you.”

The crowd chanted “We will win! We will win!” throughout her remarks. At one point, Palin warned with urgency: “We must win.”

“We must win,” she said, “because Ohio, the far-left wing of the Democrat Party, not mainstream Democrat ideology, the values, the planks in the platform of the Democrat Party. It's the far-left wing of the party is getting ready to take over the entire federal government.”

Palin again accused Barack Obama of wanting to bankrupt the coal industry, citing an interview the Democrat gave to the San Francisco Chronicle in January in which he discussed his “aggressive” cap-and-trade proposal to limit carbon and greenhouse gas emissions.

“Just yesterday, revelation, an audiotape surfaces,” Palin argued, despite the fact that the Obama interview has been posted online for nine months. “People are starting to hear in his own words what Sen. Obama’s intention is for the coal industry. You got to hear this tape. You’re going to hear Obama saying it, talking about bankruptcy, bankruptcy there in the coal industry. He’s explaining all this to the San Francisco Chronicle, and he says …”

Palin was interrupted by an audience member who shouted “Liberal!”

She continued: “And there must be something about San Francisco and he because it’s like I heard on Fox News today, it’s like a truth serum where when he’s there, he seems to be more candid, and remember it was there that he talked about, there you go, the bitter clingers, the cling-ons, all of us, I guess, you know holding on to religion and guns and, um, so something about he being there in San Francisco.”

how in the world could McCain run the USA when he was so irresponsible to pick that woman

Scaring people is not the way to run a country – she never talks about issues all she does is slander her opponents and put fear into them with her horrid messages

she should go home to Alaska and pay more attention to her own family – god knows what she would do if she got in the whitehouse and that husband of hers – look out USA if they get in

whats wrong with being a liberal? every advancement in social issues in our history has come from liberal-outside the box thinking. Republicans used to be liberal too at one point. What makes our country great is the balance between liberal and conservatism. Liberals always lead us to the future and conservatives makes sure we dont get there too fast or irresponsibly.

C'mon peeps, we are all Americans. we all have a part to play

Yep! The Liberals are about to take over and fix what the conservatives have screwed up. 'Bout time, I'd say.

Liberal is not a dirty word, but currently conservative is.

I am so sick of this woman and her constantly appealing to the absolute lowest in people. She is a disgrace. The McCain campaign is a disgrace. Perhaps they would have had a better chance of victory had they spent as much time working a plan as they spent spewing out negativity.

There goes the venomous, "SMEAR & FEAR " HOSEPIPE – again! And you expect to get elected? The people of the USA have lost all moral standing because of the likes of FAILIN -McBUSH. It is for people like OBAMA to restore the USA's respect in the world. This comes from a non-US citizen, who is not white or black or red or blue. Just very concerned for the USA and the world.

Wow. All she needs to do to ensure a democratic victory is to keep talking. Most people have a filtering process that goes on in their heads before speaking, Palin apparently lacks this ability... Do we really want her?

Wow, does she read her speeches before she preaches them? Does she honestly think Democrats are so evil? We are all people and we are all Americans. Democrat or Republican, we'll be fine, it's just a difference in priorities. I wish she would stop spreading so much hate. THAT is what we DON'T need in the white house.

She is already laying her plans to run in four years. Her and her advisers see the 'writing on the wall' and are moving further and further from McCain's agenda and more towards her own.

Oh, and those tapes, videos, and audio of the interview...yeah, was broadcast over nine months ago and has been in the public domain of the Internet since it aired.

Honestly, is there no low that this woman does not go?

You all are nuts. We will get CHANGE in spite of her fear tactics. As I look back over my 60 years as moderate American..........I can honestly say I have NEVER seen a more SHALLOW Republican Campaign or Candidates than this election of 2008. I really DO NOT need a candidate to point out silly issues or shortcomings of the opposition for me. Unlike MOST of the McCain VOTERS and McCain's running mate I READ !!! I wish today were Nov 4th. GO Senator Obama !!

Sarah Palin is a far right ultra-conservative, and will guarantee that Ohio keeps losing more jobs being aligned with the misguided economics of McCain and Bush.

It is interesting to note the dumbing down of America. Appearance is more important than ideas? Slick, lieing will go un-noticed?
It befuddles me that there are still people looking at Palin as a potential President. It's like asking Joe the Plumber to run GM.

If the Republican party doesn't wake up and get back to its roots of fiscal responsibility and centrist thinking it will never get back to the White House. Social Conservatism has been a failure, it did not work and it put this great country at risk.

    Vote intelligence, vote Obama!
