Palin campaign stonewalls on medical records

LAKEWOOD, Ohio (CNN) - With less than 24 hours to go before the presidential election, Sarah Palin still has not released her medical records and there is no indication the campaign is planning to do so.
Two weeks ago, Palin’s campaign told several reporters traveling with the campaign that a summary of the governor’s medical history would be made public before election day.
Reporters were told that details on Palin’s medical background would be released early last week. Last Thursday, after that timeframe had passed, a campaign aide backed off the previous pledge, saying the campaign wasn’t sure when the information would be released.
John McCain, Barack Obama and Joseph Biden have all provided details about their medical history.

But why Palin and RNC? Why not.........Is there something you do not want the public to know before election........hmmmmmmmm. I will vote for "that one"
Seems odd that she wouldn't even release a "Statement" from her general GP that she is healthy with no history of past diseases and no underlying medical conditions?! You'd think if that were true McCain would be itching to have that released! Clearly the only answer is there IS something to hide! Could be anything...including another pregnancy, medical condition, miscarriages, depression, perhaps peri-menopause medications(indicating hormonal problems) you name it!
in agreement with most in this thread...she wont release the records because the down syndrome child is not hers but her teenage daughters, who is now pregnant again...i mean what a coincidence...they say she never appeared pregnant during that time, she mysteriously flew from texas to alaska after her water supposedly broke, and from what i read they had for some reason pulled bristol out of school for several months during that time...
so, what do is she hiding now in not releasing these records??
I would like to know if a young girl at 17 can have a down syndrome baby? if so maybe the child is her daughter .........Has her daughter gotten bigger as most mother do over the months carrying a baby......when is her daughter's baby due?
I am so tired of Sarah Palin, what is it with her? evidently she thinks she can do anything she want to do. I guess the media is still picking on poorly oh Sarah. She has already been charge with abuse of power. Go home Sarah! If you can't play by the rules, we don't want you running this country. You have destroyed John McCain Candidacy, you will not be allowed to destroy America.
As much as I don't like Palin, I've always given her the benefit of the doubt about the Trig story, but the fact that she's only 44 and appears to be in good shape, there has to be a reason why they won't at least release a summary of her records, especially after they promised they would two weeks ago.
Again, she's proving she's above all rules. Do we really want this woman as our next VP, especially when she wants to expand the power of the office? NO!
It is sexist to request Palin's medical record's?
I am kidding of course, but the prospect that her pregnancy is not realy true is frightening from the stand point of open and transparent government.

Who cares? She's not statistically likely to keel over – unlike the other half of the ticket.
I would be happy if a half dozen or so non-partisan doctors could confirm that she has no history of psychiatric problems, but I've made up my mind on her anyway.

Oh I see. Everyone else has to show their records but she doesn't. The press has scoured over all the candidates but they aren't allowed to ask her questions. When they do they are the media elite, Even in the debate she had the gaul to say she wasn't going to answer the questions asked of both her and Biden.
Can you imagine what she would be like as president?
We all know what the records will say:
– no evidence of a brain
– hasn't had a kid in many years
– had an abortion once (or twice)
– pathological liar/emotional problems
– believes in witches
– believes the bridge to nowhere is the McCain campaign theme
– Thinks she is important enough for Sarkozy to call, lol
– Abuses power without a conscience
– Thinks abstinence education has worked in her own family
So, since everyone already knows this, why keep the records secret???
What is this woman hiding? She constantly barks about not being treated the same as the guys calling out sexism. But she wont even practice what she preaches, all the other candidates have given their history. she thinks cause she is a woman she is above it all.
This lady does not represent me as a real woman, I live my life with dignity and respect and with humbleness in my heart, she is none of these. She is a crook and a liar. she is divisive and heartless. She is not what I want my 17 year old daughter to look up to. Even my daughter has more common sense and honor than this woman will ever have. she should be ashamed of herself for running such negativity hatred through this hole campaighning process.
God help us if she comes into office, she is out for herself she even throws Mcain under the bus now can you imagine hoew it would be if they are in the WH?

The fact that they are not releasing the documents is a very strange, bearing in mind that the medical records are always released by the candidates.
Something very strange is going on. There is something in those records they are desperate to hide although they know that by not releasing them they would lose votes. It must be something very serious they're trying to hide, more serious than losing votes.
Hum, must be something there! It will be so nice to see Ms. Palin and the 1st Dude go back to Alaska. Interesting to see how her latest investigation plays out with her flights and stay at the Essex House pans out. As we all know, she is the sizzle without the steak, but in the investigation issues, where there is smoke, there is fire. I support Barrack and respect McCain, but really do not know what he was thinking when he picked Sarah Palin. I spend more time determining the shirt I am going to buy then he took in picking Ms. Palin. Really an insult to the American people. If she has future agenda, she might look to the west for a place to take her heels. New low in American Politics.
