Source: Axelrod to be named presidential adviser

CHICAGO, Illinois (CNN) - A source with the Obama Transition team tells CNN Senior Political Correspondent Candy Crowley that a plan to name David Axelrod a Senior Adviser to the incoming President is "in the works."
Axelrod was the Obama presidential campaign's chief strategist, and a top adviser to Obama during his run for the Senate in 2004.

I was going to suggest that he hire Palin to clean up after the new puppy but I do not think it would be a good thing to have her near the puppy. That woman might shoot it thinking it was a baby Moose.

It just makes me smile to see all the crying baby Republicans. Not 24 hours in office and you would think the man hadn't done a thing right in years. No wonder Repubs lost and will continue to lose. Waaaaaah-waaaaaaah.
Let's talk about Lieberman again.
Do you suppose that Reid is making an offer he can't refuse? Do you suppose he has been told he will no longer chair those committees or that they will grease his palms if he chooses to return with his tail between his legs? I am sure the options are endless, but that there probably won't be any bartering from Lieberman's perspective.

3..Status of Palin e-mail hacker who was indicted-how many years will he go away for?

Washington Insiders and Outsiders represent all America in general so his inclusion of Emanuel is not a problem to me, and he would be a fool to let Axelrod sit on the side lines somewhere, he and Plouffe are genuises...

Being a top-notch campaign strategist doesn't mean having the skills set necessary for other work. I wish the new president well, but if his staff choices are going to be Washington insiders/former Clinton types, where's the "change" we hoped for going to come from? I'm looking for something different, bold, and encouraging–not "politics as usual."
Joe Lieberman is a joke, and should be strip of any and all committee roles. I'm originally from Connecticut and never liked the man. He is the reason we lost in 2000.....

Duh - doesn't Candy have the basic journalistic sense that David Axelrod IS an advisor to Obama and when Obama became President elect, it is obvious that Axelrod becomes a Senior advisor to him. Not in the works.
