  14. Seriously

See... The man actually screens his people before picking them. That is a president. McCain's screening process needs to pick up some pointers from this one.

Wheew !! For a moment I thought he had Bill for that one, I guess he'll save him for the Ethics and Morals Committee- that's the bad news, The good news is pretty soon he'll run out of Clintonites to hire.

Young for an AG, but experienced. Was acting AG after Reno and before Ashcroft.
Hopefully he'll bring some integrity back to the Justice Department.

Well the punditry was right on that one.

I don't think I've heard a single other name mentioned as a serious contender.

Though it's sad and stupid, that will probably be the only African American male that will be tapped. As the first AA president, Obama has to be especially (and stupidly) sensitive to demographics.

This, according to those that follow the courts, is a rock-solid pick.

  20. Where is the Change

Where is the promised change Mr Obama? So far every major appointment Obama has made is a long time DC insider – Started with Joe Biden (35 years); next the Chief of Staff; AG – Hillary or Richardson; and now another Clinton hold over. This is beginning to look like a Clinton administration So much for change – this is business as usual.

So if not Obama, who can you trust in Washington?

"Absolute power corrupts absolutely" Welcom to DC Mr Obama/
