Palin interview causes stir

(CNN) - It’s the ultimate holiday photo-op for any governor: the yearly pardoning of a turkey to spare it from demise days before Thanksgiving.
But former Republican VP candidate Sarah Palin is causing a stir for an interview she gave after pardoning an Alaska turkey Thursday, during which one bird was being slaughtered in the background.
Palin appeared unaware of what was going on directly behind her, though she did seem to take a glance at the unfortunate event at one particular point during the interview.
"It's nice to support a local business and just participate in something that isn't so heavy handed politics that invites criticism," Palin said during the interview. "Certainly will probably invite criticism for even doing this too, but at least it was fun."
"I am always in charge of the turkey so I am where I need to be today to prepare for that," she also said.

It is so unreal how much this woman can be soooo out there. However, what was wrong with the camera man for shooting that spot with the turkey being killed in the background. Do they do this to this woman on purpose because she is that stupid and falls into their traps?

O.k, so I am not a Palin fan, but the woman was set up! LOL. I mean the crew could clearly see what was in thier shot, so I believe they taped it just so to make her look like a hypocritical airhead (given the fact that she'd just 'pardoned' a turkey). But, oh well, if the shoe fits...
Killing turkeys shouldn't be a spectator sport, but Palin thinks nothing of killing animals, even when she doesn't need them for food. This woman is the center of her own little universe, so how could she notice what was going on around her when a camera was pointing in her direction?.
Let's see what can I say. I don't like her but those things that we love to have on our Thanksgiving table called turkey comes from somewhere. I am never going to tofu turkey so I have to give her a breat on this one. That is what they do in the country people. No big deal. Eat Meat.

Enough with Palin! She is mindless, though extremely ambitious, and no longer relevant. We can do better than Palin as a role model for women, or example of personal/professional excellence. Let's move on!!
It appears to me that she either returned $4,000 worth of hair extensions since the campaign, or she's pulled her hair out in the meantime due to lack of attention. If it takes killing a turkey to get it back, WOW that says too much.

To the guy blaming President Elect Obama for the economy: Did memory fail you or did you neglect to mention that the economy being a mess before the election? Be a good American and wish your president well BEFORE he takes office ..Blame him if he messes up AFTER he’s in there but to preemptively put this on him is not very smart.
