Has Palin snubbed Oprah?

[cnn-photo-caption image= caption="Oprah says she wants Palin on her show."]

(CNN) - Did Sarah Palin snub Oprah Winfrey?

That's what the most popular daytime talk show host and fervent Barack Obama supporter appeared to suggest in a recent interview with the entertainment show Extra.

"I said I would be happy to talk to Sarah Palin when the election was over... I went and tried to talk to Sarah Palin and instead she talked to Greta [Van Susteren]. She talked to Matt [Lauer]. She talked to Larry [King]. But she didn't talk to me.”

Winfrey’s comments came in response to rumors she refused to invite the former vice presidential candidate on her popular daytime show.

Earlier this week, the talk show host announced she will tape her inauguration week show in the nation’s capital, and has rented the Kennedy Center’s lush Opera House – which seats roughly 2,300 — to serve as her studio.

“There are not even words to talk about what this night means,” Oprah said of Obama's inauguration. “Everybody keeps using the word historic — there’s never been a night like this on the planet earth… Nothing can compare to this.”

I hate to break it to all of you left wing idiots again but I am going to, Oprah snubbed Palin during the election and now she is crying because Palin won't do her show.

Oh and why we are talking about Oprah I find it comical she can open a school in South Africa but can not even help out people in her home state of MISSISSIPPI. Way to go Oprah, stay up north.

    Good riddins to bad rubbish!

Oprah is getting what she deserves. If she hosts her show and its audience with personal prejudices and bias, why should guests not be the same? Who is she? it goes to show how pathetic and gullible folks are watching such pathetic shows and believing such people. She is a rich snob who does not care about anyone but herself, like the majority of Americans themselves. Wake up, Americans!

Palin is a patriot with good values and integrity, and Oprah is just a political player. They are as different as day and night. Why would you expect Palin to interact with Oprah if there is a choice?

Small minded remark from Oprah and does anybody really care what she thinks.
I was there when the Berlin Wall came down , I have stood in awe when the first man walked on the moon and one could go on.
Obama becoming President is great but doesn' compare to the many historic events recorded.
Oprah behaves like a Rock Star groupie..!!!

Oprah is an idiot! Come on "never been anything like it on planet earth". How rediculous is that comment. She is too full of herself, and just needs to go away. I'm tired of her, and I am tired of her pushing her liberal agenda.

Good for you Sarah Palin. I wouldn't give Oprah the time of day. She's so racist and to be blunt she's sold her soul to the devil. When she leaves this world in death she's not going to take a dime with her.
Please don't do her show ever.

Oprah is the biggest (literally) joke ever in Hollywood! Her show is a ridiculous bunch of crap and what has she ever done in her show that has brought any good to anyone? I respect the fact that she has helped poor people in Africa, but I wish she would worry less about being in the spot light and help the poor in our own country; or doesn't she really care about the folks that gave her all she has now?

and since when is Oprah a serious journalist? nice woman, generous to a fault, but why should she have expectations of interviewing any politician? the entire entertainment industry takes itself way too seriously

I get the feeling the Sarah Palin has this deep attraction to Obama. You know how when a young kid pretends to hate another kid that she really has a crush on. I think this is just playing itself out with a woman in her 40s. She couldn't have him so she tried to make sure the world couldn't either. Oh well, she still has Todd and the world has its next leader.

Ofra thinks she's really hot. The women and men who follow her are are sheeple caught in a cult trance and extremely gullible. Ofra is all about being black, for blacks, and by blacks. A great poet once sang, "You don't have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows". I'm not even a Palin fan, and Palin doesn't owe Ofra diddly.

Oprah, this is no longer a story. You don't need her to get ratings. Just have some pregnant dude on again and give away some free cars and move on

Hollywood – a bane to our culture with their egos. If Oprah engaged her brain before her mouth – she might give thanks to Jesus Christ's birth, What do some of YOU think was a night like none other on the face of the EArth?
