As Bush, Obama met for power lunch, so did their staffers

Did Obama pick a "Chief of the Transition Luncheon?" I mean, with his intent to cut government spending, he should've created more positions....of "performance."

Oh how cute. Maybe Bush got around to telling Obama face to face why he snubbed his family when Obama requested to stay at the Blair House. We now all know it was not because the Blair House was full because your staffers leaked it to the press.

This is the most ridiculious thing I have ever heard of. If the government gives money to this for bail out, we need to all leave the country. I am a Christian and do not watch or read such things, but the company does not need our money we can use to feed our kids and help the hungary.

Without all the corrupt people in Obama's team, did someone count the silverware after the crooks left? Or is it being sold on EBAY to the highest bidder?

But . . . only one of them was or is the head of the Office of the President-elect. Obama is the first and only!

Is Clinton taking notes on how much more accomodating he could have been during his transition?

  16. No Hillary = No Obama

Power lunch? It's all about power. Whether it's over lunch, breakfast, dinner, snack time, cocktail hour, brunch, picnic time. These men have made a mess of everything and Obama is nothing more than one more male ego. They start wars they can't finish; they do illegal things for their own gain – Chicago politics has to be the biggest cesspool of them all. They cost millions of Americans their hard earned monies, they dick around and dick around and smile to the cameras and then pretend outrage in senate hearings. Just add Obama to the heap.

What is wrong with you people?

The American people voted for change because they are tired of old politics. We want our country to succeed especially in these difficult times.
I applaud President Bush and President-Elect Obama for a positive transition. We demanded bi-partisianship and the government working together. And I agree with President-Elect Obama that he will stay in contact with the former presidents.
All Americans deserve to have our government officials working together.

Gosh, I bet Dana Perino was full of tips on (1) redirecting important questions, (2) ignoring reporters known for their direct questions, (3) lying with a straight face, and (4) never truly answering the question, but getting the 'talking points' out there, and (5) blaming Congress and in particular, the other party. (Actually, this applies to Sarah Palin too...must be a Republican M.O.)
