The networks need to tell him no. We have heard enough over the past 8 years. I'm sure he is going to tell us how wonderful he is and how great a job he did. Those of you who think he is so great need to realize that we "are" in worst shape now than any other time in history except the great depression. So you just keep right on blindly following the village idiot.

Unless he comes on and says, "I made a ton of mistakes and I am truly sorry for all of the sorrow I have caused you and this country", then it means nothing.

Maybe he will apologize for all the bad decisions he made?

Dear Sky, That's because Grisom does his job well and Bush not so much. If cast of CSI did its job as well as the Bush Adminisration they would have been cancelled the first week.

ABOUT WHAT??? No disrespect to the "outgoing" prez but I've heard enough and have seen NOTHING over the past eight years. What could he possilbly have to say? Let me guess: "I'd like to apologize to the citizens of this great country for my ignorance and allowing my own ego to guide us into a path of destruction. As Barack Obama inherits my job, please pray that he can put a dint into the mess I've created. God Bless you and God Bless the United States of America".
Well, that should take all but 40 seconds. I'm in!

Any chance he'll give the nation an early inauguration present and that he'll resign?

Uhhh Mr Bush – NO! "Ugly Betty" will be on at that time, and I'm sure it will be a new episode. Maybe you could do it at 2am instead – Americans would still tune in – sure we will.........

Love that pic! Nice hand waive.....

One last attempt to convince us the last 8 years weren't really all that bad? Memories are short, but not that short Bucko. Best thing you could do is slip out of town quietly, never to be heard from again.

Obviously this will be a farewell address to the nation (protocol). Interestingly, he has requested that prime time shows be preempted so that he can hopefully have your undivided attention.

Oh, come on, folks. Surely we can give him one last chance to come out with a choice Bushism? If you haven't noticed, there are some serious things going on in the world. You've been complaining that he hasn't been doing anything, and now that he is, you're still complaining. I'm counting the days, too, but he IS still the President. Respect the office, if not the man.

WHO CARES...........Must want to get a few more dumb remarks on record before he leaves...........This guy has watched while the economy went into the tank, taking care of his buddies.........I have ZERO desire to hear him try to justify 8 years of being asleep at the wheel.............

He is your president, act a little more mature, we have all made mistakes, if you believe you never have, nobody has told you yet. Tune and and listen to him instead of ignoring him and insulting the man that kept you safe the past 8 years.

You people want to complain about Bush? Just wait a few more days. Obama is going to run crying to his momma when he really has to take on the job and find out what happens when he really has to do something. You can't spend 4 years campaning for the next 4 years. Its no like being in the Senate.

Oh hell no! This had BETTER not interrupt William Petersen's final "CSI" episode. Bush has already caused enough trouble in this country. This had better not be his last parting "gift."

In related news, all of the major broadcasting stations and 24/7 news stations have denied the White House's request. Their reason:

    No one cares.

    Bye George
