OK a tax cheat in charge of the IRS. I don't think I will pay my taxes anymore and if they complain I'll just say I'm sorry.

What can we not hold anyone accountable for their actions anymore? Obama makes all these rules and then breaks them himself 2 days later. Illegal aliens who are related to the president get tickets to the swearing in and inaugural balls. A Secretary of State with a ATM deposit slot. A person in charge of intellegence with absolutely no intellegence background. He wasn't even a boy scout never the less a spy.

    Obama's change sucks.

If he had any sense of decency, he would have withdrawn like every other politician with illegal immigrant nanny issues, or with tax evasion issues has in the past.

    To the Republicans:

I am a Republicans BUt if you do not support the President I hope all of you are ready toget voted out of office when your turn come up.
I made a mistake as did alotof our family as we all feel President Obama is doing the right moves this country needs to recover.

We as Republicans did a horrible job in the past 8 years and Change is needed for all, Including Republicans. WE need to get on board to the changes needed and forget politics as if the recent elections did nottell us something we also need to go back to school.

I am in favor of every thing The President has submitted lets geton board and if we do not like it the door opens both ways.

    Thank You

I'd like to know if not paying taxes is arrogance or stupidity. Either one is a concern because we've just confirmed a tax evader to look after our money for us. Are we nuts or what?

What a lovely mess and to think they would hold up the Treasury Position while the economy fails. Finally our law makers earned their money today. No more accolades. Get to work Timmy

i am seriously alarmed that we have appointed a tax cheat to be our secretary of treasury. the IRS hasn't enforced tax rules for years, and we could pay off some of the deficit with the money individuals owe and aren't paying.

Frightened of what? A pill popping addict! Obama has a country to run. He has no time for your childish behavior, he is too busy trying to clean up the mess that your party and its' former leader made. Get over yourself Limbaugh, you are really not that important. What a waste of time it would be for the President to respond to such a fool.

Great Job! A tax-cheat becoming Secretary of Treasury.

Perhaps when the suspension of William Jefferson Clinton's law degree is over, he could be nominated for the Supreme Court!

And Mayor Marion Barry, convicted drug felon, should be considered for Drug Czar.

Boy – who'da thunk THIS is the "change" Obama was talking about??

We are so happy that this man was confirmed. Praise the Lord! We're going to deduct our children's soccer camps as Mr Geithner has done in the past on his tax returns.......and if we owe the IRS a balance we don't intend to pay it until we're being vetted for the Treasury secretary position. America it is a great day.

It proves how morally bankrupt our pittiful congress truely is. Please don't try to tell me there isn't another qualified person. Im not that stupid. It just verifies how disgusting and pittiful members of both parties in congress really are. I don't have any respect left for any of them. NONE. I hope congerss gets emptied out next election. I don't care which party is in the majority. Both are rotten to the core and need to be thrown out.

I agree with the press secretary Limbaugh is a joke. Its amazed me
the times I've heard him on the radio that anyone would pay him a salary for what he does. He should say a prayer every morning that the
president does successed for all our sakes.
