Limbaugh: Obama is 'frightened of me'

[cnn-photo-caption image= http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2009/images/01/26/art.rush0126.gi.jpg caption=" Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh responded Monday to recent reported comments by President Obama."]
(CNN) - Radio host Rush Limbaugh said Monday that President Obama is “frightened of me.”

“He’s obviously more frightened of me than he is [Senate Minority Leader] Mitch McConnell,” Limbaugh told listeners. “He’s more frightened of me, then he is of say, [House Minority Leader] John Boehner, which doesn’t say much about our party.”

Limbaugh’s comments followed reports Obama warned GOP congressional leaders last week that they should stop listening to the conservative talker, who had said on air he wanted the new president to fail.

"Now this is the great unifier," he told listeners Monday. "This is the man who's going to unify everybody and usher in a new era of bipartisanship and love."

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs gave reporters the administration's latest message to Limbaugh at Monday's press briefing: "Tell him I said, 'Hi,'" he joked.

    What a PUNK!!

This pill-popping pig has the audacity to call himself a patriot, and got a kick out of calling anyone who didn't agree with G.W. Bush unamerican, traitor, terrorist, etc, and telling them to "Move to (insert screwed up country)"

Rush ought'a follow his own advice and OD himself in some third-world hellhole...

RUSH IS THE BIGGEST PC OF CRAP AMERICA HAS EVER PRODUCED. HIS NEED FOR ATTENTION IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE NEEDS TO HIDE HIS DRUG USE. HE REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK IN HIS CLOSET MORE OFTEN BEFORE HE OPENS HIS LARGE OVER RATED IGNORANT MOUTH.

Everyone should be scared of Rush, because he continues to spread his lies and hate. The scariest part is there are people who actually believe his lies. He's already been saying he wants Obama to fail, which for the rest of us it means our country fails. I guess, Rush can just take all his money and drugs and move away. The heck with America for him. The rest of us actually care about our country and want Obama to succeed.

Rush Limbaugh, who are you to say someone is afraid of you. You don't even have respect for the President let alone yourself. Anyone in their right mind would not publicly say for all the wrld to hear that you wish the President fail. What a thing to say about and to the GREAT
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Because when you say things like that, think about it He is representative, leader, and the Commander in Chief of The United States of America. You know, whether you like it or not, HE IS STILL YOURS AND MY PRESIDENT OF THIS GREAT COUNTRY. I was always taught, if you can't say something good about someone, keep your mouth shut!!!. I realize you have an image to maintain, just don't do ti at the expense of our now newly elected President. A winner never looses, and a looser never wins, know what I mean. Have a nice day.

I'm liberal. I couldn't stand Bush. And I can't stand Rush. I voted for Obama and am overjoyed that he won. Nobody wanted Bush to fail. Nobody wanted his policies to fail. No one came out on their bully pulpit and said that they wanted that. But they did time and again. All by themselves. No one had to wish it or will it to happen.

The truth is Rush is afraid of Obama. He's afraid that he will be made obsolete. That he'll be left behind. That he won't matter anymore. Well, he never really did. At least not nearly as much as he thinks he does.

"Socialist policies." Those of you who rail against these things forget that unless you were born before 1930, you've lived your entire lives in a socialist democracy.

True Republicanism died under Andrew Jackson. That's nearly 180 years ago. Get with the times, please.

Same as Glenn Beck and Ann Coulter. They are ALL home grown TERRORISTS, who want nothing more than to see President Obama fail at his job.

Limbaugh and all those other White Supremist Christian Right Wing Extremists are in the SAME CATAGORY as Bin-Ladin and other terrorist. The ONLY difference is, they are HOME GROWN.

This is just what we need. The economy is in a tailspin, and Limbaugh wants our new President to fail. Guess all those millions prevent him from seeing that the American people are really hurting.

Why are people still listening to this guy?

The only reason Obama warned the GOP off Limbaugh is so that they may actually try thinking for themselves. Instead of being an idiot driven collective.

And you wonder why no one wants to swim in the Republican pool anymore...YOU'RE IN IT!! Hey Fat-boy, maybe if you had a more constructive approach and less of a megalomaniacal one people might take you seriously. Honestly, like Ann Coulter, the only people affraid of you are Republican politicians. Ever time you open your mouth, you make us Democrats look better and better.

And if you think you've got all the answers, maybe you should run for president. Somehow, I don't think that's going to happen.
