Limbaugh: Obama is 'frightened of me'

(CNN) - Radio host Rush Limbaugh said Monday that President Obama is “frightened of me.”
“He’s obviously more frightened of me than he is [Senate Minority Leader] Mitch McConnell,” Limbaugh told listeners. “He’s more frightened of me, then he is of say, [House Minority Leader] John Boehner, which doesn’t say much about our party.”
Limbaugh’s comments followed reports Obama warned GOP congressional leaders last week that they should stop listening to the conservative talker, who had said on air he wanted the new president to fail.
"Now this is the great unifier," he told listeners Monday. "This is the man who's going to unify everybody and usher in a new era of bipartisanship and love."
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs gave reporters the administration's latest message to Limbaugh at Monday's press briefing: "Tell him I said, 'Hi,'" he joked.

The liberal left seems to be overpopulated with people breaking the bank with IQ. From what I have read, Obama may actually be the most intelligent person that has ever lived. Why does intelligence/high IQ combined with liberalism equal broke.? Obama, a little more than one year ago was driving around in a rust bucket car, and still had outstanding student loans, is the presidency his first paying job? Rush, a dropout dufus, will earn more money this year than Obama will in his entire life, even at the Clinton post presidency rate of $1 million a speech. The smartest people in the world have elected a president with no clue as to how to make a profit in business, and entrusted him, and his tax cheat treasury secretary to solve our economic crisis. God help us all!
why doesn't rush enlist in the army and go to iraq? practice what you preach dummy! i just don't get these republicans that went after anyone who even 'disrespected' bush and calling them un-american, and yet, they're doing the exact same thing to our president who's a democrat. rush limbaugh is a drug addict who needs even more meds and i hope he gets taxed to the fullest. he's just mad that bush's tax breaks for the wealthy will be reversed and that he'll have to start paying taxes again like the rest of us.

I'm no fan of Barack Obama. I think hero worship is a fool's delusion. But I can't imagine anyone – especially President Obama – being afraid of Rush Limbaugh. Let's face it. Anyone who calls his audience "ditto heads" has a problem dealing with real humans.

As a Libertarian who voted for Obama I urge folks to do their own fact-checking and actually listen to all sides before ranting. Maybe even listen to those you think you know all about. CNN should tell the whole story! Rush said he wants our country to succeed, but if success for Obama means the Socialization of our country's economic policy then he doesn't want that to succeed because it is against Conservative economic policy and the core set of ideas this country was founded upon. Learn your Constitution and see that the founder's intent was to give the power to the States, not a large powerful Federal Government which was what they were fleeing. Folks hate him and ignore the fact that he stands for our founding principles. There are too few readers in this country.
The big question is where does Rush get his "extra" millions from, people. Think about who it is that profits from his hate speak. To even suggest he says anything worth responding to really isn't the point. His history of drug use is primarily so he can stand being himself. Think about the self-loathing Rush has to stomach every day. But, he does get paid for all that hate speak. Time to take that trip down the yellow brick road and pull back the curtain in the Emerald City.

Obama is the best thing that could have happened for Limbaugh. He now can be against something again. This is how he makes money. He has no real answers, wields no real power, and harms rather than hurts our nation with divisive and bombastic speech designed to fatten his wallet.
Two things:
1) You can't blame a guy for being leery of a drug addict – you never know what they're going to do in their desperation.
2) We should investigate whether Rush might be an al Queda operative. He wants the president and thus, the nation to fail. He is the most un-American person I have seen get news since Osama bin Laden.
