Limbaugh: Obama is 'frightened of me'

(CNN) - Radio host Rush Limbaugh said Monday that President Obama is “frightened of me.”
“He’s obviously more frightened of me than he is [Senate Minority Leader] Mitch McConnell,” Limbaugh told listeners. “He’s more frightened of me, then he is of say, [House Minority Leader] John Boehner, which doesn’t say much about our party.”
Limbaugh’s comments followed reports Obama warned GOP congressional leaders last week that they should stop listening to the conservative talker, who had said on air he wanted the new president to fail.
"Now this is the great unifier," he told listeners Monday. "This is the man who's going to unify everybody and usher in a new era of bipartisanship and love."
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs gave reporters the administration's latest message to Limbaugh at Monday's press briefing: "Tell him I said, 'Hi,'" he joked.

Couldn't we just stop giving Rush any media attention? If he wants the country to fail, that's his opinion, but giving him national media attention does not help. Absolutely no good can come of it. Obama will never be able to please everyone on every issue, so lets just stop bickering on single issues, and keep an eye on the big picture.

I'm sure a black man who's overcome many odds to become the President in these turbulant times.... a man who has people who hate him because he's American, he's black, and he's the President.... is afraid of a fat white bigot hiding behind the skirts of Lady Liberty and freedom of speech.

You know, Rush couldn't ever hold down a job until he got one where he spouted his mouth off constantly. I used to listen to him religiously and then I woke up in life. When I woke up, I realized Rush was a lot of hot air with little substance. I hope Rush fails! For the life of me, I don't understand Rush anymore. He's lost it! We've got a country that needs immediate help and by him blowing his mouth off like he does, he's not helping. He's adding to the problem.

As a independent I must state that I agree with Rush that Obama is frightened of him. With that said, I believe it's safe to say that on November 4th 53 percent of Americans stated with their votes that they to are frightened of Rush and those that agree his philosophy of running the government.
I wonder if the little boys at the 'tours' Rush goes on get scared when they see him?

Most of those soooo afraid of "socialism" don't even know the meaning of socialism. It's so funny to ask someone what is socialism? and they give all sort of answers, no one knows. Fear usually lives in the minds of the illiterate. So, educate yourselves, be curious, read so you can have an educated opinnion and quit repeating what others fear. As far as Rush, what is it, a person or an illness?
