Limbaugh: Obama is 'frightened of me'

(CNN) - Radio host Rush Limbaugh said Monday that President Obama is “frightened of me.”
“He’s obviously more frightened of me than he is [Senate Minority Leader] Mitch McConnell,” Limbaugh told listeners. “He’s more frightened of me, then he is of say, [House Minority Leader] John Boehner, which doesn’t say much about our party.”
Limbaugh’s comments followed reports Obama warned GOP congressional leaders last week that they should stop listening to the conservative talker, who had said on air he wanted the new president to fail.
"Now this is the great unifier," he told listeners Monday. "This is the man who's going to unify everybody and usher in a new era of bipartisanship and love."
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs gave reporters the administration's latest message to Limbaugh at Monday's press briefing: "Tell him I said, 'Hi,'" he joked.

How could Obama could be afraid of someone who is a known
cheater, known drug addict and a known liar. The reality is,
Limbaugh is the one who's jealous in seeing someone he
could never measure up to.
Frightened by? No.
Nauseated by, yes.
It's laughable how badly Rush wants to stay relevant. Obama is so far out of Rush's league, it's an insult to our new president to use their names in the same sentence.
Rush is a symbol of an old, tired, worn out political dogma. Those who wish to put the politics of hate and division behind them would do well to realize that the old tired dogma is all that Rush represents. He claims to love America, but clearly hates Americans. He'd rather see America fail than see Obama be successful.
The Fact is that OBAMA won and All People like this Racist, Immigrant hating, Warmongering Fathead are Ticked that their era has come to an end.
Remember...first and foremost...Rush is an entertainer....he needs to entertain and fire up the listeners. Like Stern or Coulter, it's all about the shock value. He's not part of the "real" America any more.

I wish the media would quit mentioning this guy altogether – his paycheck is based on how much far out there crap he can spew everyday. Obviously to keep people listening he has to keep them interested. To keep them interested, he has to get more and more outrageous. Just ignore him and he'll go away, kind of like the kid that always throws the temper tantrum.
Rush needs the FCC to knock on his door and shut off the radio waves. He would rather see this Great Country go to hell, to make a point. People need to shut him out, write to their sponsors and tell them we will not be buying your products because of this un-american, Limbaugh.

Rush is to politics what professional wrestling is to sport – a fake spectacle. One of these days the ditto-heads will wake up and realize they've been following and ad campaign. I'm just sorry that the GOP seems to have hitched their wagons to this self-destructive ego-maniac.

Limbaugh's got a great point. Obama is little but a pretender to the throne and he's shown it by making his own unabashedly partisan stand in attempting to marginalize conservatives in general and Limbaugh in specific.
Let's face it: Obama's doing nothing but trying to pull the age-old partisan trick of "My Way or the Highway." And in trying to demonize Limbaugh, Obama's truly shown what an empty suit he truly is.
I'd be afraid of you too. You constantly lie about stuff you don't have to. Not to mention you're just scary looking period. You really don't frighten people in a fearful manner. it seems like most of you who are commenting on here have no clue what you are talking about and you are just backing Obama because you believe in him which is your right. However, if you actually listened to what he said or read the dialogue of the conversation you would realize that he said he wanted the socialist ideas to fail. Which if you who are supporting Obama knew anything about the socialist ideas I guarentee you would be agreeing with Rush. He does not want Obama to fail he just doesn't want this country to go socialist. He's only frightening because others blindly follow him, and many of us see him as merely a hate-monger. Why are there so many haters? He wants Obama to "fail" within the context of socialist ideas, but Business Week has referred to the bailouts that the Bushies put through as "Lemon Socialism." Face it people, all societies have shades of socialism. Pure communism and free market do not exist! Let's get a shade of socialism that benefits more Americans and not the fat cats. May a bad karma Rush puts back come back on him tenfold!
