Limbaugh: Obama is 'frightened of me'

(CNN) - Radio host Rush Limbaugh said Monday that President Obama is “frightened of me.”
“He’s obviously more frightened of me than he is [Senate Minority Leader] Mitch McConnell,” Limbaugh told listeners. “He’s more frightened of me, then he is of say, [House Minority Leader] John Boehner, which doesn’t say much about our party.”
Limbaugh’s comments followed reports Obama warned GOP congressional leaders last week that they should stop listening to the conservative talker, who had said on air he wanted the new president to fail.
"Now this is the great unifier," he told listeners Monday. "This is the man who's going to unify everybody and usher in a new era of bipartisanship and love."
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs gave reporters the administration's latest message to Limbaugh at Monday's press briefing: "Tell him I said, 'Hi,'" he joked.

Rush wants Obama to fail because it's all his career has left since he has been wrong about everything he spews up untill this point. He sure is a Patriot.......Moron would rather Obama fail and the country suffer for the sake of him being right. Rush doesn't care about this country, its all about himself. What a loser.
Does anyone actually take what Limbaugh says seriously? It's people like him that give Americans a bad name.
His sole objective is to further his career, and this back-and-forth between him and Obama and his supporters (aka progressive, rational Americans) is all about making himself and his listeners feel special.
His audience is composed of racists and bigots, and the day he dies the world will be a much better and safer place.

Rush Limbaugh is full of himself and his credibility from my perspective is somewhere between Osama Bin Laden and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Sadly, for many years I actually respected what Rush had to say but now he is a ruse, and vapid in his comments.

I listen to Rush when I can, partly for entertainment, partly for his commentary on stories that the drive by ignore.
I don't agree with him 100%, but he does have some interesting points on any number of things... I think he want too far in saying he hopes Obama Fails, but I can completely understand why he said it. The sucess of Obama means the triumph of socialism. Instead he could have said he hopes he doesn't succeed. Parsing words? Probably, but still gets the point across.
I just think the Libs are mad because Limbaugh is voicing his dissent - something that wasn't supposed to happen once Obama rook his throne.
Mr. Limbaugh is a perfect example of the evil that plagues this country. He breeds hatred, bigotry, and intolerance – all masked under the thin veil of "conservative values." The truth of the matter is that the ideals he pontificates are (thankfully) the way of the past. A NEW America has spoken...a NEW America which will again be the leader of the world. Mr Limbaugh and his fat, white, rich, lazy followers will be trampled under by progress and success.
Theres no doubt that obama will try to silence you Rush with the Socialist Fairness Doctrine. Comrade, we must have the same amount of time spread equally among liberal and conservative talk shows even if we have to pay for the liberal talk show because no one will advertise on it. Rush, keep doing what you're doing because its guys like you, Dr. Savage, Hannity, Glenn Beck that keep some of us from being Sheeple and not following the feel good touchy feely left that is ruining this country. Anyone who says that Obama "doesn't know what he is signing" is an uninformed twit. Everything he's doing now was spelled out in "The Audacity of Hope" and that was authored in 2006. I'm not saying it will work but to say it is being done blindly or without reason is ignorant.

For all her shortcomings, at least Sarah Palin has run for office and thereby taken the risk that she would be defeated. And she has had success in elections until her latest run, where she had no national appeal outside the base. But when has Limbaugh ever been willing to run the risk that he would be rejected by the voters? Easy to talk tough and attract fans on the radio. Hundreds of idiots do it every day. Limbaugh is for entertainment purposes only, for those easily satisfied.

What the President said obviously put some heat on this blob of humanity with the brain of an ant as he certainly sounded as if in the statement he sent out to CNN he was backtracking on what he said per wanting Obama to fail. He said he didn't say this, which is a lie, he did say it!! Then the man doesn't have the guts to go on Rick Sanchez's show to discuss the matter with him. Again, he's a coward! Of a certainty if President Obama invited this coward for a face to face at the White House he'd likely not go!!! He hides behind that mic on the radio and blows-hard! That's why he screens who can and can't talk to him on the air. That is the only playground where he is safe to be the bully on!

Whether or not your numbers are accurate, perhaps one reason why Rush Limbaugh enjoys a large audience is because some of his listeners are beginning to realize, in 2009, that there exists a whole world beyond the parking lot of their Wal-Mart and it scares them because they don’t understand it; so Rush offers them an answer.
I am afraid of Rush Limbaugh...I don't blame Obama.
