Obama speech 'like sex'?

Watch CNN's Alex Castellanos and Hillary Rosen run down Obama's week.

(CNN) - On State of the Union with John King Sunday, Republican strategist Alex Castellanos made an interesting comparison to the president's speechmaking skills.

I knew the Republicans were a little funny, but to compare ones speech making skills is something i never heard of from any one.

I heard sex compared to a lot of things, but I can't see where Alex is coming from, but then I am not a Republican.

Is Castellanos being paid to say crap like this? Talk about self-abasement. Ugh. He sounded like half a man.

I guess treating BO as anything less than supernatural would put Alex on the "wrong side of history."

Bad sex is not great, it's just bad. I spent most of BO's speech staring at the ceiling.

BTW, interesting staged camera angle from the speech at the military base. I wasn't aware that our armed forces were three-fifths black and two-fifths white, not to mention three-fifths female. Wow.

Maybe Alex has a man-crush. He should get over his hard-on as we do not have time for such immature rhetoric.

I can believe that most of the MEDIA and DEMOCRATS get a little tingle up their legs when Obama gives a speech, many admit to it.

I guess I just don't get the infatuation with Obama or his speaking abilities. How hard is it to come off positive if every word out of your mouth is promising to pay for this, pay for that, give you this, give you that? I feel he is reaching deeper and deeper in to my pockets every time he speaks. So, a speech like sex? Not if a person lives in the real world. LOL. Hardly. I see how his rhetoric would appeal to those who feel like they've been the have nots or looking for government to take care of them. For anyone else he is downright frightening. He should be bringing us together not driving us apart. I have never seen the country as divided as it is right now. How his speech is sexy to the 58 Million that did not vote for him is beyond the pale.

Mr. Castellanos, George Bush was not right about Iraq from day one, his inflated ego took American, Nato and Iraqi Civilan lives with still minute success being seen today in Iraq! Thank You? I don't think so! It is because of George Bush's reckless spending all Nation's around the World are suffering an economic crisis! Nice Try but No Cigar here!

If President Obama's speech is like sex, then Bush's 8 years in pretend office was like 8 years of erectile dysfunction. Right now President Obama is having foreplay with Congress, but the GOP just can't get "UP" the nerve to play. Meanwhile President Obama is trying to "stimulate" the economy, but the market is too tired of being over played for the past 8 years. Also, it's difficult to attain a climax after the stimulation of the economy when it's so depressed. Right now after being screwed by Bush for so long and so hard, you'd expect a burst of excitement and thunderous explosion all across America. Instead all we have is a bunch of banks that have reached menopause and millions of people unable to make a "deposit."

Hmm, never thought of it like that. But maybe a little Obamasutra is what we need after 96 months of a speech impediment.

Republicans will say anything for a sound bite. They don't care about the needs of the people, they only want to have their catchy phrases do a media blitz. They are now the party of a noun, a verb, and a sound bite. Tres ne pas chic.
