Basically, a BIG F for the Republicans who seem to block everything and can't come up with a plan, not to mention that Rep Boehner's one of two top campaign contributors was from insurance, the other utilities. If you get bucks from insurance companies, then you can bet your bottom dollar that you are going to vote their way.

a+ for extreme effort on a very difficult examination of health care Policy not to mention the financial mess he inherited. a+ on internTional efforts. I believe it is way too early. we need to address this subject in two years. Obama himself has said it is going to take time. seems to me no one heard that but a very few!

B+ only because the banks are not working with homeowners and modifying the toxic loans.

No question an F. Unemployment is rising and he is still throwing that cash around.

He gets an A in my opinion, moving in all areas that he said he would. I'm just very disappointed in the the far right.

I give the president an A on health care reform. I would also give the GOP an A for misleading the American people on heath care reform but their policy has always been if you can't lick'em, trick'em.

A++ President Obama clearly understands what has to be done to reform health care delivery and health insurance in this country. When 50% of all bankruptcies are caused by medical bills, you know the problem goes far beyond the uninsured. The President has it right – reduce costs by minimizing waste and fraud, make insurance affordable and available to all Americans, and create a robust public health option in order to provide competition for the for-profit insurers.

A – His trying. A president finally working for the American people. The senators and congressmen are finally having to work for the people. If they don't they need to leave. Were not paying them to say no were paying them to give us solutions to improve our quality of life for us and generations to come. We can't allow the same old politics to continue.

  12. The Party of NO stood calmly by for 8 year while the shrub raped and pillaged America, so, why would we listen to you now?

Another F. He's just another Democrat henchman. Taking the money and buying more votes by giving 'free' healthcare to his voters. Most Dems are too lazy to work for anything so they just take it from everyone else...... sooner or later there will be nothing left to take.

    F Obama!

Hey Nuts, I bet you are one of those folks going around the country yelling at representatives who want to talk (get it talk not yell) about health care.

A+ for moving the conversation forward. B for execution of media relations and informing the public. We need health care reform 30 years ago. We can't let this opportunity pass. The do-nothings and "not on my dime" elements of our society are being given lots of air time to slow the conversation. We, the people, need health care reform now!

Obama gets an A+, for his honesty, hard work, and genuine concern for the American people.... CNN get back to being a reliable news source,.. pleeeaase,... instead of constantly stirring the pot, and creating false contraversy,... the viewers are on to your two penny opera.

On the health care issue, I give him an F. First because he is allowing Pelosi to put in this bill what she thinks is right and she just plain and simple doesn't even listen to the people. Congress and Obama are convinced we need this overhaul and most people do not want it at all. He needs to start reading what they propose and let them know he will veto the bill if some things are not changed especially the issues most important to the people and not Congress.
We the people probably know more about what is in the bill that Obama does.

No lobbyist-lie. No earmarks-Lie. Close Gitmo-Lie. Bipartisanship-Lie. Health care bill- no choices, end of life counseling instead of care. He says he does not want single payor system (see video) -Lie. Wake up people.

Gotta be an F. Too many lies and half-truths and distortions.

Heck, he's all over videos saying he wants a govt takeover of the entire system, and he needs a PUBLIC plan to START to take it over. As Prez., he says he doesn't want that. Baloney!

This is the guy that does nothing but apologize for the USA.
I'm not even sure he loves his country. I think he could... but I truly thinks this country and its people are either broken, evil or just plain stupid. I actually believes he dislikes the USA. He has never, ever stuck up for the USA about ANYTHING... EVER!

I have seen a lot of drivel on here about obama getting an A and that GWB got an F. They both get F's! They both have driven up the deficit to unmanagable levels. But.....obama just keeps doing it everyday. Obama has spent more in six months than "ALL" previous presidents combined. Start thinking people! This isn't about Dems vs Repubs! This is about our future as Americans! Both parties are just trying to suck the life out of us! We need to stand together against these clowns and save ourselves!

I give him a Solid B. Mr President: Please get tough and decent on memebers of your party like the warth of God for not getting in line. As for the RepubliKLANS, they are a minority and non relevant.

I would give him a B+ for his efforts to address this issue. He needs to fine tune the details and explain the whole program to get the rest of the country behing him.

I have seen the government health care work in Austria for my wifes family members and it is much better than anything we have to offer in the United States.

If you family hasn't been impacted by the high cost of health care you are very fortunate and just 1 major illness away from bankruptcy unless you have a better health insurance than my family has.

A_/B+ = The Reps are terrified the Dems will get something done in health care. They hate the idea because their rich buddies might take a cut in pay. They don't care about the regular guy – all you have to do to be pro health care reform is work in an ER room. People die because they lack access to health care. This is America – people are not supposed to die on the streets when the rich get richer. I wish the Reps would get lost... they are dead in the water anyway. Socialism- what do you think medicare, medicaid, social security, and military health benefits are. They single party paid; ie the US Government. Take that away from your retired parents and grandparents.
