President Obama taking health care message on the road
WASHINGTON (CNN) - President Barack Obama is taking his health care message back on the road this week.
The White House says that the president will hold a rally on health care Thursday at the University of Maryland. The school is located in College Park, Maryland, about ten miles from the White House.
The president headlined a similar rally at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota Saturday, and discussed health care reform in an interview that aired Sunday night on "60 Minutes" on CBS, part of a push by the White House to build momentum out of Obama's health care address last Wednesday night to a joint-session of Congress.
The president is also likely to raise the issue when he travels to Pittsburgh and speaks in front of the AFL-CIO annual convention Tuesday.

Overexposure of Obama is the obvious talk of the town, especially by Pat Buchanan of Morining Joe program of the MSNBC.
Of course he will be politicing for 2012, opps I mean the health care reform bill that will cost Americans zero taxes. He has to because if looks behind him there isnt as many people falling him now. Yes we need reform but not this reform bill. I wish he would really read this bill and then tell us the truth, that there needs to be changes that will allow the heath care to be reformed in the right way. This takes time and for some reason he wants to push this peice of junk through at lighting speed. Get it right the first time guys, thats why we hired you.
I wonder if any of the shout-down thugs that attacked Democrats in the town halls would like to engage the POTUS, in public view, on the issue? I'll bet they're waiting for instructions from Rush, Hannity and Bumbler Beck on that, don't you?!

What's so wrong about letting people shop for health care like they do for auto insurance: shop across state lines and all over the country?

It's like watching TV with my little kids. The same thing, over and over.
Americans instinctively know whats good for their country. They gave Obama the benefit of the doubt, knowing his liberal markist trends we hoped he would fulfill his promises. HE LIED ON EVERY PLEDGE. He no longer has any credibility. No one can believe ANYTHING he says. EVERYTHING he campaigns for now is to ruin our country. He was raised in Kenya , he is not CULTURALLY an American. He can't love this country like us, who our ancestors died for. Get off the tube, hang out in the white house do that job and leave us and our country alone.
Why is Obama wasting his time preaching to the AFL-CIO choir? If health care is that important and that urgently needed, shouldn't he be taking his case to the people who are undecided? Contrary to what is frequently posted, some people just need more information and clarity because so much confusing information is coming out of Washington. I, for one, would like to see Obama review the exact numbers backing his claim that 49 million more people will have insurance, but it won't add to the deficit. In other words, show me exactly where the $1 trillion to pay for his reforms is going to be cut out of the Federal Government buget, and show me the legislation to back it.
Look, we need to demand perfection and it needs to start with all of us. The reason the system is broke is not because of our politicians or our President.
It is because of US. Deuh.....
We're the same people working and not getting 4 weeks of vacation, while EU's people DEMAND it and they get 4 weeks of vacation per year.

Please President don't preach to the choir. Take the message to the misled, ignorant and uninformed...with lots of protection! I assure you, your real base is still with you. We REALLY want a public option and we think it's REALLY important, but we do understand that it is just a means to get to an end.
But we need to constantly expand the base and increase the number of informed individuals.
