This is what CNN is running rather than pointing out that Hussein Obama will appear on all the state run media on Sunday. This of course, leaves FOX out since Obama could not handle anything but real softball non questions. How are Sasha and Melia doing in school? Not why are there provisions in the health care bill that would force unions on health care workers or you said there would be no illegal aliens covered under you health care program, but you already upped the cigarette tax to cover their chidren (which you promised you would not do) and the liberals veto any legislation which might require e-verify to be eligible for your program. Did Joe Wilson lie or did you?

More support as in money? Didn't you hear? We are broke! In fact, how much did this little stunt cost?

Farm subsidies are socialist meddling in the free market by government. We wouldn't want that, would we, republicans? Have a nice day!

more federal support for dairy farmers? Why? Why support for them and not restaurant owners, hardware store owners, plumbers, mechanics, etc?

NO MORE BAILOUTS! If the dairy farmers can't stand on their own, let them become more efficient or let the farmers that don't need welfare to take over!

I expect that having a cow in the Senate will noticeably raise the collective intelligence of Congress. Maggie no doubt enjoys the enthusiastic support of that bastion of intellectualism,

More subsidies/welfare! For real family farmers on small farms possibly, but for corporate farms, no way should taxpayers subsidize them.

You know, milk is good for you, now that's a FACT!! I drink milk like if I'm taking shots!! Forget drinks, milk is the way to go baby! But yeah, some people don't like it and that's a big population. You do need to get used to it and as for Dairy farmers getting more support, I don't mind! Get those kids to drink milk baby!! Cause if not, they're bodies are gonna be as scrawny as their bones themselves but if you like the shakes and all that, is still good but milk, taste a body good!!

Chug that milk cause in years to come, trust me, your body will say, "Me want more!" LOL!!! 🙂 And boy, will working out be good for you internally, now that's a fact!

    Support the cows!!!

That would be socialism!! No handouts or subsidies for farmers from the govt again. Socialism must end. Public schools in rural areas should be closed down also. We don't want govt to interfere with American lives!

When they stop pumping their cattle with hormones & antibiotics and when they treat them more humanely before they are slaughtered, then maybe I will have a little sympathy & support more federal help. I'm no vegetarian & I love meat but we really need to start taking a careful look at how our food (meat & vegetables) is being processed.

Perhaps if they stayed abreast of things happening in the House (Food Safety and Modernization Act of 2009), they could take action to not pass bills that would relieve any need for additional subsidies to any sort of industry.

Our Congress is so adept at writing and passing legislation that levies undue costs and regulatory mandates that make it harder on industries to operate that it is laughable. Then in an attempt to "level the playing field" they write unnecessary checks to those industries from the public dole. If they would leave well enough alone and just put basic guidelines in place without convoluting the law to serve their corporate donors and associated special interests, we'd be in far better shape!

Sure just add a line item for "Dairy" to the mounds of useless "Pork" in each piece of legilslation coming out of DC.

I believe that Politicians would make different decisions if THEY were writing the check to pay for it.

The same is true for Architects, Architects are more than happy to import Glass from Italy, Mahogany from Brazil, Granite from Bora Bora as long as someone else is paying for it.
