Maybe he shouold donate the money for scholarships in the D.C. are for the kids who lost their school choice money due to his administrations actions. Now that would be agood legitimate cause. "SCHOOL CHOICE!"

I'm so proud of our President not only for being honored with the NPP, but stepping up to give the dollar award to charity. If I may suggest a charity of choice, might it be to a GOP ANGER MANAGEMENT seminar. They deserve nothing but HELP!!! Maybe throw in a class on manners and how to show respect.

Good for him. I'm sure Republicans will find some way to spin this into Obama wanting to kill crippled babies, but those of us that aren't ignorant fools know better. Congratulations President Obama, and good for you offering up the money to charity.

I have a suggestion....please donate the winnings to help rebuild new orleans that the fat cat republicans left out to dry. I hate to say it but this is the first time in my life that i am actually gratefull that i am not black and poor. this country should be ashamed of itself that it did not seize upon the oppurtunity to help those less fortunate. As an American, i demand that this country spend its resources rebuilding New orleans, because you know for a fact that when it million dollar communities in florida getting wiped out by hurricanes, our goverment was quick to rebuild. DISGUSTING.

He knows something that some of you don't know yet, that the American dollar is going to be worthless soon, he wants it in euros.

No Hillary = No Obama: "Well, that right there tells you, he doesn't think he deserves it either. What kind of bribe money is this?"

Are you kidding me??? Is there nothing President Obama does that is appreciated? Would you rather he just keep the money and ignore those who may need help? Can we not look at this as 'the glass being half full, rather than half empty? Just maybe President Obama is donating the money out of the goodness of his heart and for no other reason!!!

He deserves it!!!!! He is truly a Commander in Chief and has the patience of Job. It didn't take long for his nasty critics to slam him. He is working with a great team, let's not forget them.

I am stunned by all the ugliness towards our President at this proud moment. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You are the people that earned the label "Ugly American" around the world. Such hate, such nastiness, surely NONE of you are christians.

As usual, this award is good for our country, so the PUGS denounce it. Well guess what..............It has nothing to do with the GOP. Surprise! I think this is just AWESOME for Obama and he DESERVES IT! WHAA WHAA WHAA to the Pugs again. You will never win with the attitude you have!

Congratulations. He is doing a wonderful thing. There will always be cynical people like Rush Limbaugh and Tea Party people who always want to destroy this country and bring nothing but bad. I do not think Obama needs to be bothered by those lunetics. Majority of America people recognize him as a good leader and most of the world do the same. That is what really matters.

I am so proud of our President, and it is sad that it takes an international award to prove what a great guy he is.
I am very disapointed in Wolf Blitzer in all the comments he has made, and stupid questions he has asked about this award. Does he not know how to congratuate our President. Wolf needs to join Fox News.
What in the world is wrong with the people who cheer when America loses the olympics, and have not a good word for our President in winning the peace award. I find this appalling.
We don't seem to have a reporting of news in this country anymore.
Just critize and whine. Interviews with people are disturbing with questions that are inviting negative answers.

I am soooo proud of our President Obama. He is deserving of this reward and I commend him for donating his money to charity. President Obama does so much good for America and the Republicans criticize him for everything. Even when he sneezes.

America loves you and we are proud of you, President Obama.

    Yes We Can!!!

I wish that my fellow Republicans would stop using Obama's donation to charities (an actually respectable act, mind you) as fodder for bashing him. It just makes us all look ignorant. It's one thing to disagree with his policies (we can reasonably argue about that), but to making us seem like idiots is no way to build clout.

My heart broke today for our President. How low have we sunk in the mire of hate? Not even in giving away the money to charity will it stop. Evidently, we are still an arrogant and unrepentant nation. We've learned nothing from being bombed and having our innocents killed. We still have the unmitigated gall to question the judgment of the Nobel Peace Prize Chairman on national television. How insulting to this gentleman that the citizens of the recepient country would show such a lack of grace.

Stay away from the news and the tv today Mr. President. Take a walk in the garden and commune with God. He knows your worthiness better than any of us ever will. Congratulations Mr. President.
