    There is no bill.

Either CNN is telling another lie, or Obama and Biden are clueless.

Note that the "or" in the above statement is non-exclusive.

Congratulations to Baucus are still not in order, since it has to go thru both the chambers. The rancorous Repubs are waiting for an all out war.

Now that this piece of crap has been passed, let's junk it and get to work on a real health care bill that contains a public option.

Baucus is politicalese for coward. Thanks for leading the retreat on a public option you scumbag. Nobody's fooled by you passing something just to pass something: this isn't reform...it's a sloppy bj for the insurance industry.

How about we junk the bill and allow each STATE to come up with their own plan? One that fits the needs of the STATE's residents.

REAL Health Care Reform which is based on improvements in care and actual cost reductions for health care will be enacted by Republicans in 2013.

What a joke. We have all been had. This whole process is an insult to ones inteligence. Olympia Snow caved in to the pressure and signed a fiasco of a bill that no one knows the cost of. It leaves 24 million still without insurance and we get to start paying for it next year yet no benefits will be available for 4 more years. Sounds like a good deal, if you are an idiot. This is why the government is incapable of running the health care industry. Just look at what was proposed and what they signed. For god sakes people wake up and smell whats cooking. This bill has absolutely nothing to do with health care. ITS ABOUT CONTROL. And how bout ol Mr. Bachus. He rumaged up this POS in about 2 weeks. Gee sounds like he must have worked non stop to come up with something thats going to affect over half of our econmy in that little amount of time. Its time to start over. With a new bill and a new set of leaders.

Baucus should be congratulated for pointing out the painfully obvious... the House wants a public option but the Senate does not have the votes to get that done... period. By noon tomorrow, after the unions and moveon.org trash Baucus and the Finance committee, Obama will be singing a much different tune... and his administration will throw Baucus under the first bus that comes along.

Why should We the People" accept ANY Health Care Plan that is inferior to Congress'? Or are these "public servants" more important than us?

For what? How many bills clear the committees every year that are DOA. This one included. Pelosi has already told BHO that without a Public Option, the bill will not pass and reach his desk. How much louder does she have to say it? All this is a waste of time, which is not unusual for our elected "leaders". Just goes to show you what little has to happen to celebrate.

Notice how they are pushing the start of the plan back to 2013. We are not idiots if it is such a good plan why wouldn't start tommorow. In 2010 people can make a difference and get these scum bags out of office.

The Baucus bill does nothing to bring control to the health care industry. It's going to be business as usual. From 2001 to 2007 they raised rates by almost 90%. In 5 years our health care will be nonexistent. All because of deregulation. Thanks for nothing Regan!
