Did Schwarzenegger say f**k you to legislature?

ALT TEXT

Did Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger mean to hide a message in this note?

(CNN) - Was Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's message to state lawmakers unhappy - or obscene?

That's the current debate in California after the governor sent a letter directed to "Members of the California State Assembly" that appeared to have a subtle but pointed message hidden within the text.

The seven-line note in which the California Republican blasts the legislature for not advancing his administration's proposals on a host of issues appears innocuous enough at first glance.

But upon closer examination, the first letter of every line collectively spells 'f**k you'.

A spokesman for Schwarzenegger said the governor had no intent of hiding the message within his note, calling it a mere "coincidence."

–CNN's Carey Bodenheimer contributed to this story.

wow, now that is funny. I am glad comedy is back in politics. Still, I think it was a coincedence.

Using Scrabble letter distributions as the basis for determining how common words starting with certain letters are, the probability that those seven letters fall on the column in that exact order is about one in 98 billion. Winning the state lottery is a more likely coincidence than this.

Hilarious! This is the funniest thing I have seen in politics since Sarah Palin was introduced. There is no way Arnold meant to do that, though.

Coincidence? The mathematical odds of that randomly happening are...1 in 26 to the 7th power, or about 1 in 8 billion.

The same logic that has the pious creating programs looking for hidden verses in the Bible now comes to politics. American politics is looking for ways to enter the travelling freak show.

Governor: there are still plenty of Californians (including liberals like me) that are rooting for you. Keep up the good fight!

Who cares? Obviously something's not working right in Kali and the governor is a bit pissed off. A little tough talk goes a long way sometimes.

Someone needs to tell the legislature to do their jobs. All they care about is getting re-elected. If a particular topic is too hard such as balancing the budget, they want to put it on a ballot and have us to decide for them. We elected these folks to fix the State and all we get is a bunch of political bickering.

Also, in my humble opinion, the special interest of California have bankrupt the state. I compare California to General Motors. Special interest bankrupted General Motors, special interest bankrupted California.

I think its intentional and awesome. Reason i say intentional is because of the line, "Water reform, prison reform, health care".........why not health reform???

I'm from Michigan and want to say bravo, we need more leaders that want to focus on the important issues that will push back.
