Palin: 'I will forever question' Rev. Wright strategy

Palin's book will be released Tuesday.

Palin's book will be released Tuesday.

WASHINGTON (CNN) - Sarah Palin's new memoir, "Going Rogue," contains plenty of second-guessing about the way John McCain's presidential campaign was conducted.

But Palin writes that the campaign's biggest mistake may have been not making a greater issue out of Barack Obama's former pastor, Jeremiah Wright.

"I was told not to discuss Obama's pastor of twenty years, Jeremiah 'God Damn America' Wright," Palin writes in the book. "I will forever question the campaign for prohibiting discussion of such associations. All the more since these telltale signs of Obama's views, carefully concealed with centrist campaign-speak, have now been brought into light by his appointments and actions in office."

Though much of the book is devoted to re-hashing the internal squabbles that took place within the McCain campaign, it's clear Palin does not hold Obama in high regard.

Looking back at the first presidential debate in Oxford, Mississippi, Palin writes that Obama won - but only because reporters were smitten with the Democrat. Nine out of 10 reporters, to be specific.

"The debate went on as planned, and John did great," Palin writes. "The postgame analysis in the media, though, was that the coolheaded Obama had won the night, displaying a firm grasp of the facts, while John, they tried to convince voters, had seemed irritable and condescending. Granted, 90 percent of the newspeople covering the debate were liberal."

Blah, Blah, you ever shut up? Go take care of the Clampett, oops, Palin children and maybe they won't end up 'turning to porn' HA HA HA like your ex son-in law to be. Maybe, they, ll be more like your good Christian friend Carrie. Or better yet, maybe they'll be just like their mom, a sociopathic liar.

TO all the Media outlets... Sarah continues to get "softball" questions and continue with her outlash of the media outlets but all keep her front and center – she is laughing at you guys for free media attention and Advertizing her stupidity daily. The "O" interview and "BW" interviews are not fit to watch. The "O" interview was the same – simple talking and ramblings as usual.

Someone needs to step up to the plate and ask her some real questions about all the lies she continues to sprout out and no one and I mean no one has corrected her once...Well AP and she whines about that because she doesn't care for facts.....!

Palin is the embodiment of evil. Total "wolf in sheep's clothing," claiming to be pure and righteous but causing nothing but division, hatred and negativity. She is not Christian, she is not pure of heart. She is self-righteous and self-serving. Look, listen and learn...

We need to stop responding to these articles about SP. We all know she is dumb, with a mouth full of lies and will not run again she can't handle being called out. She just loves the attention and it was proven last year when she accepted. This woman is not worth our time any longer..... Her long 15 minutes has gone and past – JM and the boys have not "retreated" THEY ARE "RELOADING" and her ghostwritter and First Dude know it..... TOO MUCH DIRT HAS BEEN GATHERED AND WILL BE USED AGAINST HER IF SHE EVEN TRIES TO RUN AGAINST THE GOP IN 2 YEARS.

SHE should forever shut her idiot mouth . and go some place ..with the rest of the small group of idiots that follow her . the republican party created this mess now they can clean it up. but it doesn't look like the conservative republicans are about to get bit in the butt with Palin doing everything they didn't want any republican to do . also they are splintering the party into many smaller political groups . so there goes the republican party base.. down the toilet 🙂

Most of the many Palin stories on the Ticker are closed for comment so I guess I'll leave my two bits here...

I'm guessing Paris Hilton is upset that Palin seems to have taken over for the empty, no-news/in-the-news media creation of the moment. Certainly no substance. At least Paris Hilton doesn't take herself seriously.

Your book is very soon to be debunked, it's already started with the lies you told about the McCain camp...Sarah the quitter, you're an embarrassment to real Alaskans.

So I guess 90% of the reporters were wearing signs that said "I am a liberal". She quotes that statistic twice so it must be true. What a tool!

I will forever question the media intentionally minimizing her association with the Alaskan Separatist Group where she was actually a speaker. How are you going to run for office and want to seceed from the union?

Does Sarah have an axe to grind with the American people? Why is she still drooling over the fact that she is not the winner? Her coming out on that stage with the lipstick on a pig has been our punishment for the last 11 months. Pandora is out of the box, unleashed, running wild and it looks like there is no end in sight for Sarah. What did we do to deserve this punishment CNN?

So how come no one ever made a big deal of the fact that Sarah Palin's pastor, an abusive bully, drove a woman out of town for being a "witch" who supposedly used witchcraft to cause car accidents?

Palin: Just like a "Christian" living in a glass house to hypocritcially throw stones.

By the way, re: Going rogue, isn't that the term we usually use for Iran and North Korea? Why is Palin do proud of being associated with these countries?

You know the worst thing about hte media , you don't critize a Palin enough , quitting in the middle of her first term as governor to sell a book and make lots of money , but what happen to the citizens of Alaska , I geuss poor ole Sarah decided to say the hell with the people of Alaska ,I'm gonna go and make some money , now CNN it seems you don't offer up enoughn critizism on Palin , but you sure as hell print enough stories to make her look like she's miss perfect....

  24. On the other hand...

Sarah Palin was exactly correct here about the media getting wrong analysis of the McCain-Obama debates. The only one Obama beat was Bush and that's only because President Bush was not there to defend himself. Otherwise Obama would have lost 2 debates at once.

I don't know yet how she treats the VP debates in her book, but she absolutely slaughtered Biden and then again the media made it sound like he did okay. He was completely out-debated. That's just not his forte'.

If you look at Sarah Palin objectively, you see a very popular and effective Governor of Alaska. She really has a proven track record of being a very capable governor. Her comments are not totally off base and I think its a shame how she was demonized by the left and the press because she is a woman
