Giuliani to reiterate criticism of Obama's terror trial decision

(CNN) - Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will headline a conference call Wednesday with national reporters to criticize the Obama administration's decision to hold Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's trial in New York.

The call is being organized by the Republican National Committee.

Giuliani has been very vocal, including in an interview Sunday on CNN's State of the Union with John King, about his opposition to having the trial take place in New York.

How much funnier can these Republican idiots get? Problem is that the uninformed Republican base (yes most are uninformed) eat this stuff up.

Mr Guliani thinks that 9/11 is his. He ran a campaign only on one thing: 9/11. He did not get 11 nor 9 delegates throughout the whole process. Why is this gentleman so relevant for CNN conservative right wing

Too bad Guiliani, as a former prosecutor, has no confidence in the American legal system. This is just about politics, that's all.

The reason a great many people are up in arms about this is the potential for a couple things.

    1. Highly classified information may be forced to be revealed. During a previous trial of a terrorist, the judge forced the government to reveal various things including a "watch list" That watch list became public knowledge more or less. Know who was on it? Bin Ladin among others...

    2. Chances for a mistrial due waterboarding and/or other things are high as well.

    3. The terrorists or their organizations use the trials as sounding boards to spread more of their message.

This should be a military tribunal with congressional oversight. NOT settled by the judicial system...

In this instance, Mr. Giuliani is absolutely correct.
KSM and cohorts should be tried and shot by the military.

Let me guess . .what is the only thing Giuliani knows how to say: 9/11, 9/11, 9/11, 9/11, 9/11. Guiliani is almost as big a joke as Sarah Palin.

Goulyani gets his attention anyway he can get it. Whether it is prouncing around as a great leader after 9/11 or any other tragedy that can get him in the news and now this. He makes me sick. I would not vote for him for street sweeper.
