This conference ought to be interesting what with the release of emails that blows the lid on the whole global warming issue as a hoax. But I'm sure that won't stop obama from wanting to cripple our industries with his cap and trade tax scheme.

C'mon Barry, now's your chance to grow a pair and tell all those lunatics at the climate summit that their little scheme has been exposed for the fraud that it is.

I wonder if democrats ever get tired of being wrong? This whole global warming/Al Gore/man-made climate change thing is just the latest example.

Ten to one that there will be a post in this blog about how Climate Change or Global Warming was debunked by that hacking incident in UK.
Big news for anyone who think that: IT WASN'T. The only thing that it seems to have been proved is that some of the scientists involved in the researches are humans and, in what they expected that would have been private e-mails, expressed what they thought about some of the skeptics on this matter. The other allegations, which include what is a crime in UK laws, are still being investigated by the police.
So, meanwhile in the real non conspiracional-theoristic world that most of Mankind lives in, the very important issue that is the man-made Climate Change is about to be discussed by most of the nations in the world, and the President of the USA will be there.
Let's hope that something positive comes out of this meeting.

Ummmhas anyone over here heard about the breaking (well not really breaking, its been in the "news" now for over a week, about the climategate scandal. There is proof that these so called scientist have been fudging the numbers amongst themselves and been reporting te global tempatures as higher than they actually are. If this is true, and I believe that it is, then there is no warming going on !! How can we as Americans be taxed for something that isnt even happening ? The rest of the world is reporting this as BIG news, Australia has had resignations over this....New Zealand, UK, Russia all are filing reports on this.....I cant find anything out about it on any of the ABC, CBS, NBC, Msnbc's ?????? Come on guys we need some investagative reporting going on here......If I can smell a story then the proffesionals should be all over this !!!!!

Please please for the benefit of the country stay there. The only people who lie more than you Owhiner are these climate geeks. They have been caught in lie after lie. Ever wonder why owhiner did not want to debate healthcare and why al gore and his hippy friends want debate this issue? It is a lie people wake up.

Whether or not you believe in global warming is not the point. Carbon fuels are not good for human health, plants, soil, water, etc. Their use also is also strengthening some pretty despotic governments.
Either this country can choose to lead and grow it's economy or keep our heads in the sand..
Let's choose the future over the past.

I am an ARDENT supporter of President Obama and will ever remain to be so no matter what! But I will be very saddened if he fails to in Copenhagen during the closing days of the Climate Summit because that is the time he and other world leaders will be needed most.

Thank you and May God Bless you and your family and indeed the World we are all trying to SAVE!
