Former FBI chief picked to lead Fort Hood review

Washington (CNN) - Former FBI and CIA Director William Webster will lead an outside investigation of the FBI's "policies, practices and actions" before the November massacre at Fort Hood, the bureau announced Tuesday.

Webster, a former federal judge, led the FBI from 1978 to 1987. The bureau's current director, Robert Mueller, picked him to look into "whether there are improvements to our current practices or other authorities that could make us all safer in the future," Mueller said in a statement Tuesday.

What's there to review. The people were murdered by a Muslim terrorist who was ignored by spineless politically correct members of the military and other government agencies. It's time to quit tip toeing around and take out terrorists.

Obviously, according to the quran, a mulim's allegiance is to allah and muhammad and islam itself and NOT to America (the "great satan." I would prefer that NO self proclaimed muslim be allowed in the military and all prospective recruits should be asked about their allegiance, because according to the quran, they are allowed to LIE to undermine the "infidels." Christians are encouraged to obey the law of the land and the king (ruler) in authority. Muslims are encouraged to wipe out or enslave or at least charge tribute of all non-muslims. And if Christians did HALF the things muslims do in their islamic support, the world would go ape on them, passing legislation and arresting them for peaceful protests,....oh, wait, they are already doing that. They need to go after the islamic people in this country and deny them citizenship unless they recant islam, but then how can you believe THAT? I will probably get hammered just for not capitalizing thier precious phrases.

It is a military matter. Why is he involved? Do they not trust the military since this nut was able to waltz right in our most important base with loaded weapons from out side. Someone should try to find out how that many shots were fired from a handgun by one man unless it was a Gatling gun. it is a good thing there was not a mosque on base.If had gotten in it we would probably be still negociating with him since we are forbotten to fire on a holy place even if someone is shooting at our soldiers.

Anyone with even a remote connection to the FBI or this administration is not qualified to do this assessment.

The Ft. Hood massacre should never have happened. PC madness has so overrun the country that we have lost sight and understanding of common sense. There were red flags all over the place and everyone was too worried to actually do something because they might be accused of being racist, prejudice or anti-Islamic or some other nonsense.
Hindsight is 20/20. I'd like to know what is being done to prevent FUTURE massacres and to weed out others like this traitor.

Personally, I am sick of INSIDERS always geting these positions. Anyone who can read could figure this stuff out and report to the Powers that Be! Federal Judges are just as bought out as Supreme Court judges! This is also true in my state of Washington.

Whatever happened to listening to Main Street? Obama needs to get some advisers from the ranks of We The People! We know more than the highly paid "Experts" that continually recycle through the Government – the Politcal show that sells us out to the highest bidder! We in the Commons know how life is on The Ground! This guy will just protect the culture that controls the Commons! This person will become another bad statistic for racism, more laws, more inequality, and ultimately more ill and dead folks will be the Results.
