Brown to campaign for McCain

[cnn-photo-caption image= http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2010/images/02/03/art.scottbrown.0112.gi.jpg caption="Brown will campaign for McCain next month."](CNN) - The newest member of the Senate will soon hit the 2010 campaign trail for Arizona Sen. John McCain.

A McCain source confirms Sen. Scott Brown, R-Massachusetts, will campaign with the 2008 Republican presidential nominee in early March. McCain is facing a primary challenge from former Rep. J.D. Hayworth.

Brown rocketed to stardom in the Republican Party after scoring an upset victory in the Massachusetts special Senate election last month to fill the seat of the late Sen. Edward Kennedy. He was sworn into the chamber Thursday afternoon.

Former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin will also hit the campaign trail for McCain at the end of March.

The Log Cabin Republicans love Scott and Cindy, but not John.

Brown is against illegal immigration (that is what he said). McCain supports illegals. Why will Brown campaign for McCain?

Let's watch Brown. He might change his mind and support illegals. If so, let's remove Brown from the Senate.

As a long time admirer of John McCain I'm afraid his time to retire has come. Between his disasterous pick of Sarah Palin as his '08 running mate, his disjointed and poorly run campaign and his recent flip-flopping on the deficit reduction commission its clear that he needs to call it quits!!

Having Sarah Palin and now freshman Sen. Brown campaign for him will only elongate the pain. My gut is that he'll get beaten badly in the primary?? Too bad as he could have exited with grace from a long distinguished carreer of public service!!

Oh well, perhaps he prefers to go down with his guns blazing!!!

How low the mighty have fallen. A nudie model nobody with a lucky week in MA is going to go campaign for the gop presidential candidate in his home state. Unfortunately for mcklmae the tea baggers already know they have been snowed by brown. No sooner had he finished tea bagging them than he announced that he is in fact a RINO!!!!!! He is proposing essentially a Democratic agenda. Tea baggers aren't too smart, you know. And as you can tell if you look at their signs, listen to their speakers, or just look at who shows up at their events, you realize pretty quickly that these are the loud mouthed dolts you endured in high school who always had an opinion, were always wrong, never did their homework, and assumed the world owed them everything.

The people of Massachusettes elected Brown to represent their interests in Washington, not hit the campaign trail before really serving.

I thought Brown was just dying to do the work the people elected him to do as "the new independent voice from MA". He has not even warmed the seat in his new interim office and is declaring he will be away from it to go do the work of the people of Arizona (because their elected official hasn't voted on anything important to help them in the last year).

I'm sure that Brown will be very interim when MA sees he is a conservative Republican that rarely moves from GOP robotic talking points or straight line obstruction votes. Remember, there is no such thing as an independent Republican because they want candidates to take a purity oath or they will withhold campaign $ if they don't get it. This purity oath sound like some diabolical idea from Prussia doesn't it? Remember them?
