RNC announces January fundraising results

Washington (CNN) –- The Republican National Committee raised $10.5 million in the month of January, the national party committee announced Friday.

The RNC also said it has $9.4 million in cash-on-hand and no debt.

The RNC raised $6.6 million in December 2009, CNN previously reported.

“The Republican National Committee ended January with a solid increase in our fundraising from just one month ago,” RNC Chairman Michael Steele said in Friday’s statement announcing the RNC’s latest fundraising total.

“Thanks to our many contributors, the RNC is on solid financial footing as we continue to build on the many tremendous Republican victories of the past year,” Steele also said.

"You libs just don't get it."

Actually, we do, which is why you mindless zombie LImbaugh parrots are so frightening and frustrating. McVeigh was a terrorist. Reid was a terrorist. The wierdo who crashed his plane the other day was a terrorist. The VA Tech kid was a terrorist. The Columbine kids were terrorists.
The only thing liberals get is 10% unemployment and 3-4 trillion in debt in one year. That's what's so frustrating....you having the right to vote.

Look up the cases genius. Reid was charged with acts of terrorism. Everyone else was charged with crimes other than terrorism.

I'm right your wrong....deal with it.

This is amazing. This is the party that absolutely threw this country up for grabs over the President wanting to speak to school children. Can you imagine any President before Obama being treated in this manner? I did not care for President Bush, but would have never kept him from speaking to my kids, never! How much lower can we go, supporting a political party that has basically become a domestic terrorist organization akin to the Taliban?

As anyone reading this story can see, NO ONE CARES. The Republicans in most people's minds and hearts are blockers of progress, and has no record of helping the American people period.

  9. Inglorious...

funny - people contributing to an organization pledged in no uncertain terms to make their lives worse, and an organization that has succeeded in doing exactly that for the last 30 years. Must be the same freakish impulse that compels people to dress themselves in leather and beg to be spanked.......and judgeing from recent republicon scandals the impulse is especially strong in the gop members fo congress........

In these troubled times for our nation's economy, every time I can send money to the Republican Party, it gives me a better feeling than any other contribution I can make.
