White House social secretary to step down

Her office came under scrutiny after a couple who lacked an invitation showed up at President Barack Obama's first state dinner.
Officials with the White House and the administration, as well as a colleague of Rogers, told CNN of her plans to leave.
UPDATE: In an e-mail to CNN's Suzanne Malveaux, Rogers said she is headed back to the private sector.
"It has been incredible setting the foundation for the WH for this historical Presidency," she wrote.

And another member of the anti American Radical Fringe Party (aka The American Al Queda Party) bites the dust. Its a shame that the one and done Radical and Chief Obozo Bin Biden doesn't step down as well. I mean in all honesty its obvious that he is severely unqualified (basically clueless) on how to be a leader. Maybe he could go back to organizing kickball games in the projects. He is better suited to do that.

Anyone has to wonder how this took so long in happening after her complete failure in keeping the President safe and her complicity in trying to help the couple bust into the WH reception when they were not even originally invited, not sorry to see this person go, in fact it could nat have happened to a more deserving person.

Took her long enough. She should have resigned the next day.
Sepping down? I would certainly hope she is being dismissed. She is representative of so many people from New Orleans who have found their way into postions because of who they know. She failed miserably at her postiion as social secretary and should have taken the hit from the beginning.

WOW!!! Maybe one of Mrs. Obama's dozens of assistants can step into this position. I'm sure the Obama's have a lot of friends that they owe favors to that can fill the job. A lot of them are already being paid by our taxes.
