Palin and Pawlenty to help Bachmann raise cash

[cnn-photo-caption image= caption="Both Tim Pawlenty and Sarah Palin will help Rep. Michele Bachmann raise money in April."]Washington (CNN) - Sarah Palin and Tim Pawlenty, two potential rivals for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination, will meet in Minneapolis next month to help raise money for Rep. Michele Bachmann, an outspoken conservative and popular figure among Tea Party activists.

Palin had previously announced that she would campaign for Bachmann this spring, and Bachmann's campaign followed up Thursday with the announcement that the former Alaska governor will host an April 7 fundraiser for the Bachmann's re-election campaign.

But Bachmann's campaign also announced that Pawlenty, the Minnesota governor, will be one of several "Honorary Hosts" for the fundraiser - adding an extra layer of 2012 intrigue to the event.

The other "Honorary Hosts" are also Minnesota Republicans: former Sen. Norm Coleman, Rep. John Kline and Rep. Erik Paulsen.

Bachmann's campaign said a rally with Palin is still being planned.

Gag. I live in Minnesota's 6th District and I cannot state enough how embarrassing it is having Bachmann as our rep.

Please help us. If you have any spare $$$, would you please send it to the Tarryl Clark campaign. She is our best bet at ridding the 6th of this dreaded Bachmann scurge.

And Pawlenty? Seriously, what would his presidential campaign slogan be: "Let me wreck the USA like I wrecked Minnesota." (?)

And Palin..? Oh please, make it stop...

The GOP has gone so far off course I doubt very seriously if they can ever right themselves. As an independent voter I am totally turned off by intellectual losers like Sarah Palin. I'm even more turned off by kooks wearing brown shirts like Michelle Bachman. Oh and Tim who?

Oh, the TeaBaggers will be all over this one. What will be better than one attractive liar...TWO of them in the same place. Wow...wonder how much tickets to teh rally will run? And how many people will be turned away if they carry a sign other than something racist and anti-American?

Tim Pawlenty scares me because Minnesotan's know him for what he is but to others he can appear to be a rational, normal person unlike some other Republicans (Michelle Bachman, Sarah Palin) so I am thrilled he is teaming up with them. Appearing with them will show he is part of the circus.

I wonder if Michele Bachman hates her black half-brother? Or her GAY first cousin?

I did not think it was possible to dislike a politician female more than Sarah Palin, but Michele Bachman takes that prize. This the most obnoxious lady I have heard in a long time along with Ann Coulter. All three give women a bad name in politics.
