Palin and Pawlenty to help Bachmann raise cash

[cnn-photo-caption image= http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2010/images/03/11/art.bachmann0121.gi.jpg caption="Both Tim Pawlenty and Sarah Palin will help Rep. Michele Bachmann raise money in April."]Washington (CNN) - Sarah Palin and Tim Pawlenty, two potential rivals for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination, will meet in Minneapolis next month to help raise money for Rep. Michele Bachmann, an outspoken conservative and popular figure among Tea Party activists.

Palin had previously announced that she would campaign for Bachmann this spring, and Bachmann's campaign followed up Thursday with the announcement that the former Alaska governor will host an April 7 fundraiser for the Bachmann's re-election campaign.

But Bachmann's campaign also announced that Pawlenty, the Minnesota governor, will be one of several "Honorary Hosts" for the fundraiser - adding an extra layer of 2012 intrigue to the event.

The other "Honorary Hosts" are also Minnesota Republicans: former Sen. Norm Coleman, Rep. John Kline and Rep. Erik Paulsen.

Bachmann's campaign said a rally with Palin is still being planned.

Bachmann noted that the last swine flu outbreak was during the Carter Adminstration and found it curious that this one was also during a Democratic Administration.

Is it just coincidence that she's completely wrong: the previous swine flu outbreak occurred during the Ford Administration. But, Bachmann, never, ever lets facts, truth, or evidence get in the way of an opportunity to spew hatred.

She thinks Social Security is socialism that needs to be dismantled but she hasn't complained about the hundreds of thousand of dollars her family receives in Farm Subsidies!

    Hypocrite with a Capital "H"

I'll donate to her if she promises to use the money to buy herself a straightjacket and some thorazine. Bachmann is certifiable. The GOP is really destroying their credibility by giving most of their enthusiasm to lunatic morons like Palin and Bachmann. They're truly becoming a radicalized theocratic party.

Why won't this woman go away? She's an embarrassment to my state. The fact that Palin and Pawlenty are helping her is the icing on this fruitcake.

The willfull ignorance of Ms Bachmann and her followers is frightening. To think that she and Palin have so many supporters is a testament of far behind the american educational system has fallen.

It is truly the willfully blind, leading the purposely blind....

If Michelle is a tea party favorite it only proves the tea party movement is made up of religious right wing nuts. Religion is great but our forefathers fought to separate church and state and the republicans would love nothing more to combine them, they love to steal America’s rights away from the people. Michelle said she fasted for two days with her husband and God told her to run for office, she also mocks the less fortunate. She is nothing but a whack-o that manipulates those with faith hiding behind the fictitious facade of religion. MOST Minnesotans are much revolted appalled with the 6th ward for electing her. The tea baggers are phony racist republicans who can’t admit they are republican. Grass roots my butt, wake up fools most realize who you are.

An un-American act if ever there was one. If these guys really want to help Bachmann, I'd recommend getting some samples to see what she's been taking, then getting her into rehab. She's way nuts! I can't imagine Bachmann's district re-electing her with all of the crazy things she has said and done.

So–is this why Sarah resigned as governor of Alaska? Just what did she say was the reason she had to resign? Did anyone hear her say she was resigning to write a book, have a talk show, try her hand at comedy, go on the speech giving circuit, campaign for other politicians?

Really, Sarah. Don't sell the American people short. We do have more common sense than to think you are doing all this to help this country.

The only help you could offer would be to go home and be a mother to all those children you gave birth to.

I have heard that Ronald McDonald will also be appearing with palin, they are teaming up for a run in 2010. The run of course is for education awareness , which she doesn't have.

Why would anyone vote for the crazy eyed nut job? Our only hope is that her district will be eliminated when no one in her district answers the census just like she told them.
