Cheney reflects on 'f**k' yourself comment

Six years later, Cheney is looking back on that moment with pride.
"You'd be surprised how many people liked that," Cheney told conservative comedian and radio host Dennis Miller Thursday. "That's sort of the best thing I ever did."
Audio of the comments were posted on the liberal Web site Think Progress.
Cheney aimed the choice words at Sen. Patrick Leahy, now the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, in June 2004. Cheney was upset with Leahy's criticism of Iraq contracting deals that the Bush administration had awarded to Halliburton, the company Cheney used to head.
Senate rules prohibit senators from using "unbecoming" language on the Senate floor when the body is in session, but makes no mention of whether the vice president is permitted to make foul remarks.

The only thing that Cheney should have finished it wth was...you f...ing arrogant a..hole. Face it you biased bunch of rubes. Leahy deserved it. No, I am not a Cheney fan. But the guy called it right. Hey, even a broken clock tells the right time twice a day.
Well, this is hardly a surprise given it's coming out of the mouth of an immoral war criminal. I suggest putting him in isolation, make him listen to his own words at the loudest possible level (including his F-bomb) and then waterboard him. Those who "live by the sword, should die by the sword."

Foul language is the last resort for people who are impatient to force their agenda down your throat with a big stick. Rahm Emanuel comes to mind.
Sadly, it probably is the best thing Cheney every did. He's a disgusting excuse for a human being. It will take decades to undo the damage he and shrub did to our nation's reputation, if we ever can.
Now it seams amazing to me that this person ever was chosen as
a vice president, or ever had a position in politics.
He was and is and forever will be one of the worst vice presidents
ever appointed, he might even beat Spiro Agnew.

I am sure that Leahy would have been the first one to complain if these support services Halliburton was providing to our srevicemen fighting on the front lines were delayed more than necessary. Meanwhile, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were running around the country trying to convince Americans that the Iraq war was unwinnable. That was their brave contribution.
So, it's not okay for a golfer to curse on the golf couse (a la Tiger) but it's okay (and the best thing he's ever done, which I definitely won't argue) for the Vice President of the United States of America to curse on the floor of the Legislature? Seems some folks' priorities are a little fouled up.
I bet he is proud of remark, he remained on Haliburton's payroll and watched millions of dollars trickle in his bank account at the expense of our young troops. If I was in the same position and somebody tried to stop my millions I'd say the same thing. I however wouldn't do it at the expense or suffering of others
Not only was Cheney a horrible VP, dragging this country into war, subverting government transparency and civil rights, but he is uncivil and corrupt. An all-around lowlife with no class, as evidenced by this article. Where were the so-called "Tea-Partiers" then? Oh yeah, that's right – they are just another flavor of right-wing Republicans. They whine about government spending but where were they when Cheney and Bushey were running up the biggest deficit in US history?

Obviously the question is ridiculous.The truth is as clear as a straight path to Rome.Albeit,some can get there by chance or by design.
Therefore,it stands to reason then,anything created or constructed without integrity–adherence to the truth–in time amount to building a ship designed to sink.Whether this be your body,life,community,building or an actual ship.
