Congressman arrested at Washington immigration rally

(CNN) - Police arrested Illinois Rep. Luis Gutierrez at an immigration rally outside the White House on Saturday.
Gutierrez, a Democrat, was among a group of protesters arrested by police in front of the White House.
The protesters wore T-shirts that read, "ARREST ME NOT MY FAMILY" and "ARREST ME NOT MY FRIENDS."

were complaining about with the Repuiblic congress people when
they were at the Tea Party protest.Screaming and acting like fools.

Geez. The guy's tee shirt SAID he wanted to be arrested. Didn't he just get what he wanted? This is a dumb, stupid, protest.
I'm sure the naysayers will claim this guy should be removed from office for breaking the law, but of course, that's not how things work
(and for good reason).

This traitorous man needs to be keep in not only jail, but prison. We need good ethical and moral leaders to lead us. Not this piece of crap who betrays our nation.
The man needs to learn that the law is the law and not open to his preference of treatment for friends and family. Not just the sake of law but of justice for thew many who came here legally. Identify, capture, expel. I do not care if they have brown, black, white or yellow skin. First get in line, do the right things and show that you are worthy to live here. Learn the langauge, our history, values and culture. It is a shame that this man made it to Congress without getting the rule of law instilled as a value, but then again so did Bush, his owner Chaney, Rove, Gonzo, Ashcroft, Rumsfeld and many others. A shame indeed and a discrace. I suggest he resign.

Do the protesters want the U.S. to close all the Immigration offices (The INS offices) and the Custom offices at the border and let all their friends and relatives freely enter the U.S.?

I think these people should be left to survive,since they don't make themselves nuisance they're only trying 2 earn a living.These are honest workers and i think God has blessed America so Americans should also bless others.
