Hey CNN,
What's the D turnout vs. the R turnout ???
Can you tell us which Party is having a larger turnout in KY and PA, b/c this will determine which side has more enthusiasm.

Joe
For once, I agree with John Cornyn (the GOP Senate Campaign Chairman). The choices in the upcoming race for US Senate in KY couldn't be more clear. On the one hand, you have a candidate like Jack Conway who has a proven record and commitment to public service, who knows that Washington needs to be changed but is dedicated to changing it ... running against Rand Paul who just thinks Washington is broken and offers no real solutions. I don't like paying taxes either ... but I recognize that the government (as required by the Constitution that some of these idiots keep harping about) must "provide for the common defense and promote the general welfare." Those things cost money and sooner or later you have to be "for" something as opposed to just be "against everything". That said, I do find it awful funny that Cornyn was so quick to hop on the Rand Paul bus after his buddy Mitch had staked his claim with Trey Grayson so strongly. I've been ashamed that the seat once held by Senator Wendell Ford has been held for the last 12 years by a man who did nothing to help Kentucky and was an embarrassment to the state. Let's hope KY voters don't make a similar mistake again.

Congratulations Jack! We are proud of you.
