I guess republicans don't have it in the bag in 2010!

Maybe now republicans can start working together for our country.

This is the 7th special congressional election the GOP has lost in a row.

Keep on believing that 1994-all-over-again-for-the-Dems media meme if you want to.

America voted for this current projection of economic recovery in 2006 and 2008 and meant every vote. 2010 will be no different.

So much for the "Republican groundswell"! Looks like the voters said "no" to the party of no.

Hey, Republicans. What about that wave that is gonna put you back into the majority? I think that your flame is already blown out. Good luck in November.

The Democratic genie is out of the bottle. Goodluck Gopers with your dreams. I hate to say, "I told you so." But you guys and ladies seem to proceed with a herd mentality.

  11. Save America, impeach the treasonous republicans

Good news for the democrats, not so good news for the lying right wingnuts who made this race about Nancy Pelosi. In a district that went for McCain, there is a lesson to be learned by the nutty right fringe of the GOP who continues to show they are out of touch with reality.

It appears that not everyone is buying into the gloom, doom and fear of the worthless slime GOP. Hard to believe that they were once a viable party that was not controlled by Fox news and big business.

  13. Save America, impeach the treasonous republicans

It will be interesting to see how the right wingnuts spin this huge loss. This is another rejection of the loony GOP in a special election. Maybe it is time to point out to them that their base of 25% of the population is not a majority and November could be difficult for the GOP.

This is turning out interesting. Many have forgotten than McCain defeated Obama in this district. Maybe the start of a trend.

What is it with you Pennsylvania jokers. Haven't you been reading the papers. Obama is a Communist who wants to destroy your coal mines and put you all out of work. I'm so disgusted I can't see straight. IDIOTS!!!

Looks to me that people are still blaming the republicans. There was very low voter turn out in this district which often favors a republican candidate. Critz managed a comfortable win despite it all. Good luck to the GOP in November LOL!

I duobt Republicans will win back the House or Senate. I think their strategic plan for the Democrats to fail will leave them as the only alternative might not be the case. I think Paul is out of the mainstraim of American politics and might not be able to win the General election. I think the Democrats took the risk to bring the economy back atleast and deserve credit. I donot think Republicans have any think to offer other than their usual recitation of "Tax Cut, Limited Government, and individual Liberty". In practical term, they can never tell you what aspect of Government they will limit, or who they intend to to give tax cuts, or what freedom taken away that they wish to restore. They have no vision. They are locked into this bank robbed idealogy that drove this economy at the abyss. Thank God for the Democrats and President Obama. The politics of "FEAR" will work for awhile, but "TRUE" will always concur.

I am indep. I just don't know how people will vote for a rep. For not doing nothing to help with the clean up that they created during bush era. People should use their head not their heart. Use common sense
