Arlen Specter going down in flames is something we can all applaud, both Republicans and Democrats. A huge victory today for principle over political expediancy.

Goodbye Specter.
Sestak, wipe the floor with Toomey in November.

November 2010
Poor confused democrats. For thirty years they were told to vote against Arlen and this year they were told to support him, by the President no less. Their heads must be spinning!

FINALLY, JUSTICE HAS BEEN DONE!! The people of Pennsylvainia have made the right decision for their state and for the country by voting for the real deal–Joe Sestak and dumping Arlen Specter, the phony democrat. The voters have chosen integrity, honesty over opportunism and political expediency.

I'm glad that Specter lost. Regardless of party affiliation this man is what is wrong with politicians today. He didn't care about Republicans or Democrats – only getting re-elected to "his" seat. We will finally turn a page in this country when elected officials put the needs of the Country above their own.

Terrific. He's finally out of of there. Unless he discovers he can run as an Independent, or Socialist, or a Green Party candidate or whatever else he can think up. Snarlen Arlen has all the qualities of a dog, except loyalty.

Thank you, thank you, Pennsylvania for sending another career, elitist politician crashing. These incumbents have developed a sense of entitlement and it is high time the voters set them straight.
