Obama to meet with Fmr. President Clinton

Washington (CNN) - President Barack Obama will meet with former President Bill Clinton, Vice President Joe Biden and business leaders at the White House Wednesday afternoon to discuss various job-creation measures, according to a White House statement.

"The president looks forward to hearing the ideas of the group on ways to spur new investments in clean energy," the statement said.

Honeywell CEO David Cote and Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan are among the business leaders participating in the meeting.

This is what happens when you hitch your wagon to the lie that government can create jobs. Here's a tip, though. He can stop doing the asinine things that are screwing up the economy and that will create the illusion that he's creating jobs.

Obama has to meet with everyone else because he hasn't a clue what to do. Obama needs to quit spending and start encouraging businesses to grow.....you know, that nasty private sector he hates so much is the key to recovery, not spending us into oblivion. Smaller government NOT bigger. It isn't rocket science, but yet this highly educated man doesn't have an OUNCE of common sense.

Anything to turn the attention away from the oil scam. Someone may want to know why obama stopped the cap install to stop the oil flow.
How can he say that he is not ready to end the oil leak. Still needs to get more votes for his cap and trade scam.

nobummer has heard everything there is to hear to jump start the economy by leaving small business alone and he has ignored it to date. He does not want the economy fixed, it would mess up his plans for wealth redistrubitiion to take from the workers to give to the mostly lazy.

Obama is so needy. He offended Clinton during the campaign of '08 by playing the race card on him. And now he expects the old president to repeatedly come bail him out of what he can't do himself. Sad really.

Who is running this country, Bill Clinton or Obama. Obama has many of Clinton era white house personnel and he seems to rely on Clinton for a lot of things these days. It sounds like he can't do anything alone, he has to call in Clinton, what a joke!!!!

I think that is a good idea. I have faith in President Obama and I believe that he is doing much more than we hear or see.

Isn't this great? The president is bringing Clinton in to help figure out
how we can create more jobs. We already have all the throw backs from the past in the presidents cabinet not doing anything new. Then
he meets with the same old big business leaders who are not going
to create more jobs, to chew the fat more then twice!! Where are the
small business owners who create over 60 % of new jobs at these
meetings??? There is no money being lent to small to medium size
businses period. Without loans to business there will be no new jobs.

What is it they don't get???

Will Obama listen to the business leaders this time. He ignored ALL of their advice last 'summit'.

Clinton has made almost $200M in the past 10 years. Maybe he should start donating to a cause other than his wife's election campaign.

Hey, if Pres.Clinton can help Obama run the country go for it. Maybe they'll finally get something going instead of just talking about it.

    No big surprise.

Since the day he became president-elect, he's been surrounding himself with Clinton-era retreads.

Even Barry knows that Barry is over his head.

President Obama is showing some maturity here. Who better to learn from than Bill Clinton? He is the last president to have a thriving and vibrant economy.
