Waters: I will not be a 'sacrificial lamb'

[cnn-photo-caption image= caption ="Rep. Maxine Waters, D-California, is under investigation by the House ethics committee."](CNN) - Rep. Maxine Waters, D-California, who is under investigation by the House ethics committee, said Tuesday she has not been given due process and she "will not be a sacrificial lamb for anyone."

The congresswoman is alleged to have helped steer federal bailout money to a bank in which her husband had a financial stake.

In a radio interview with CNN contributor Roland S. Martin on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, Waters said she is "not guilty of any violations" and she "want[s] to go to trial."

Yes you will, Ms. Waters. We liberals have no right to talk the talk unless we walk the walk.

To the lib how can they ever be guilty, it is just not possible. The nature of the Democrat is to never take responsiblity for their own actions and to blame everyone else.

Its funnny but at least 95 out of 100 Democrats see nothing wrong with what Waters did, however if a Republican did the same exact thing those Democrats would want them locked up for life or even put to death (they are again the death penalty for murderers, child molesters, and rapists but support the death penalty for any Republican regardless of guilt or innocence).

Thank god Republicans are not like that, they have always 100% of the time without question support the same punishment for all Americans regardless of ideology, race or any other criteria that means more to every Democrat than the crime itself.

Look in the mirror and take responsibility for what you have done, tell god you are sorry for voting Democrat and that you beg for forgiveness for your sins that have resulted in more American deaths than all wars combined, liberalism.

Let her go to trial! Just remeber that she should be arrested, taken into custody, if she makes bail, then released and await trial. The trial would be a good thing, she may even give information on others that have taken advantage of the tax payers. She will not be the kind that keeps secrets!!!!

In order to understand Maxine Waters defiance and logic against overwhelming evidence to her claim of innocence. One must first understand that personal accountability and responsibility are indeed very sinister words and she has a well established voting record to prove it.

So says the muttonhead. Crucify her and anyone else who fails to prove their innocence before the ethics committee, period. Rangle's dangling close to the pit too. And clearly, Ensign needs to be fitted for a crown of thorns. The only truly unfortunate thing about it all is that we can't nail up a few of the certifiable psychotic numbnuts like Bachmann and Sessions, because congressional crazy isn't illegal or unethical....yet.

If you don't want to be the 'sacrificial lamb' (blasphemy), then obey the laws of the land and Congress.

Waters broke those laws. Unfortunately, she's been a puppet for the unions for 10 terms, so who knows if anything will happen.

Note: Besides being an imbecile, Waters is anti-business, pro union. She is part of the reason the economy is so weak in SoCal.

No, Maxie, you won't be a sacrificial lamb. You just prefer to play the role of indignant hypocrite.

HP's CEO would still have his job if he were a member of Congress instead.

I hear you Ms. Waters but you really might want to think about stepping down. You knew what you were doing even if you say you didnt.
