(CNN) - President Barack Obama will visit Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, on Monday to tour ZBB Energy Corporation and deliver remarks to workers, a White House official said. The company is using a $1.3 million Recovery Act State Energy Program loan to help fund a $4.5 million factory renovation.

The renovation is expected to result in the hiring of 80 new workers and triple the capacity to manufacture flow batteries and power systems, the official said.

ZBB exports renewable power and storage systems worldwide. The loan is part of the $55.5 million in Recovery Act State Energy Program funding that Wisconsin is using to invest in clean energy manufacturing.

Gov. Jim Doyle decided to direct all of the state's Recovery Act State Energy Program funding to support clean energy manufacturing.

The funding will create 775 jobs and save nearly 5,000 jobs in Wisconsin, the White House official said.

Oh PLEASE, NOT again. Mr. Sponger-inChief, stay in Washington and do the job that you were elected to do.

It would have been better for the energy corporation to fund itself in the refurbishing of its facilities, perhaps with the cooperation of its employees.
I failed to see any mention of a union's actions in this need for government aid to this industry.

What's the energy cost of flying Air Force One, and any and all support aircraft, halfway across the country just so Obama can deliver a campaign speech?

I'd like to know: When will President Obama bring his behind to North Carolina, to help with the staggering jobless situation here?! At the very least, send a ranking representative. Mr. Obama should speak to the bad deals that State's make with bad employer's such as Micheal Dell of Dell Computer Corp. And, present idea's for new law's, to protect communities when business's use the state to make a quick buck. Create law's such as: Penalizing a company for wasting taxpayer money, on a get rich quick, or "make as much cash as i can, and make a dash to the border" schemes. Remember, this state contributed to your Presidency.

Create jobs? Thank God the American public now realizes that Obama's angst toward Capitalism and love of BIG GOVERNMENT Socialism is doing more to kill job growth than anything else! This is certain to be just another Photo Op full of Bush blaming and little merit. 4 and the door for this empty suit!
