(CNN) - Retired Gen. Stanley McChrystal has signed on with Washington-based Leading Authorities to find him paid speaking appearances, the lecture agency announced Tuesday.

McChrystal, who will also be lecturing at Yale this fall, will earn between $30,000 to $60,000 an event, according to one person knowledgable with the deal.

The retired general has already booked "multiple engagements," the source said, and there has been a "significant amount of interest across industries" to hear him speak. His first paid speech will be this fall at a private engagement.

Gen. McChrystal will speak about leadership, management strategy, and global affairs, according to the Leading Authorities press release.

Just how many other Pat Tillman does he have under his hat?

When is he going to answer for the handling of the friendly fire death of that NFL player. Didn't he falsify some records, award medal that were not earned etc. in the coverup?

Just think, Atty General Gonzalez took months to find a job. No one was there with a safety net for him. Desiree Rogers did not have a safety net either, finally she was able to land a position with Johnson Publishing – no Democratic safety net for her. Now we have this gentleman who should have been court marshalled and stripped of his rank for the things he said about the Commander in Chieft and instead he has been given a position at Yale University and possibly a speaking tour. It says something about being WHITE in America. Racism is alive and well.

What an excellent way for General McChrystel to help people and organizations take advantage of his experience and insight. I hope he does really well and I hope I get a chance someday to see him speak.

It's interesting this story surfaces on the same day the family of Pat Tillman point out the failure of the military to determine the truth regarding their son's death. McChrystal was up to his eyeballs in the coverup of the Tillman fratricide. I wouldsn't pay a dime to hear him speak.

He should have been court martialed. This Bush hold-over has not respect for the laws. I hope he gets heckled and protesters show up.

He covered up Pat Tillman's murder for the old man (GW Bush). Looks a little like McVeigh too.

You liberals should know that this man is a very left wing guy–before you trash him and blame him on Bush. Obama hired him for the top job–not GWB

what is the topic of his lecture?... how to be a war criminal and get away with it. or, perhaps, how to be a mass murderer and convince others you are just protecting them by killing others.

Thia cretin McChrystal should be court martialed for his handling of the Pat Tillman murder. Bush ordered it as Tillman wised up to what a phony Bush was and would not go around building him up but told the truth. I hope McC
enjoys the blood money he earns.

    Pitiful...
BTW, wouldn't be... interesting that in one or more of those speeches/lectures of him somebody showed up wearing a Cardinals T-shirt, with the #40 of course...

Moderate Anarchist here: I won't trash this guy, although I believe he made a very large error – and it hurt our Nation. He should have kept his mouth shut and continued to do the good job he was doing keeping the Taliban and Al Qaeda off balance and burying their dead.

A comment about military officers observed by me while on active duty: It is like being on a playground teeter totter. You begin standing in the middle of it balancing it either way by your foot movement. You start out as low leveled lower ranking officers, and if you stay in you gradually move up the ranks, all the time being associated with larger and larger numbers of subordinates who are caused to worship your every breath. There comes a point, where it is I don't know, that you reach the rank where you have been overwhelmed by your capacity to absorb this worship, that you begin to think you really ARE above and beyond every other normal mortal. That is when the teeter totter tips one way or the other, you lose your balance, and you fall off.

Great, make some money off of the situation. Cosmo@showing his drug addled thoughts as a true Journolist liberal and muffy7@ needs another shot of her ABD serum. I know it is common for libertards to blame Bush for everything when you are a drug addled libertard, but there is always psychiatric help for such people as them. Just keep saying "Obozo will win again in 2012, no matter that the majority votes him out, because the SEIU its wholly owned subsidiareies AARP and ACORN can steal that election too."

This man is a hero for exposing the truth about how our country is being led by a man who doesn't have a clue. He really should be given a medal. Thank you for your service to this country, General.

McChrystal served 8 years under GWB's lies for starting war and then said "mission accomplished" a few months later. Let the truth hit you where it counts because some people don't have a clue about anything.
