Palin's 'impotent' comments make rounds

"Those who are impotent and limp and gutless and they go on their anonymous - sources that are anonymous - and impotent, limp and gutless reporters take anonymous sources and cite them as being factual references," Palin said in her criticism of the press. "It just slays me because it's so absolutely clear what the state of yellow journalism is today that they would take these anonymous sources as fact."
The comments, made Wednesday on Sean Hannity's radio program, appeared to be fueled by an unflattering Vanity Fair profile out the same day that, relying heavily on unnamed sources, claimed the former Alaska governor had a 'mean temper.'
"When a story is filled with those, we know it's bogus," she also said.
Palin's latest choice of words made the rounds on countless blogs and Twitter feeds Thursday.
"I agree [with] Palin on overuse of unnamed sources, but calling reporters 'impotent' and 'limp'? Did she have to go there?" tweeted Howie Kurtz, a Washington Post media critic and CNN contributor.

"Impotent" and "limp" is more apt than many may think. Current journalists are killing the art for future journalists, selling themselves out... its sad . very sad for everyone
So, she can make comments like "death panels" WITHOUT sources to back that claim, it's OK. WOW. So saying she has a "mean temper"............I think her choice of words now PROVE that source. This woman is so hypocritical.
The state of MN just said they didn't want Pawlenty as President, their own governor, but up against Palin, he won hands down...............That says a lot right there.

Look up the word, "impotent", in the dictionary American public!. It has many more meanings that the one focused on by the critics of Palin's statement. In fact there are four definitions that supersede the one that refers to males sexual functionality!

When Palin says this kind of stuff, does she remember what she herself has said of Political opponents? She made some outrageous statements during the Presidential campaign which were slanderous and unfounded. That she has this narcissistic and double standard actually substantiates the Vanity Fair article.
